This hotel is about 20 minutes from the beach where we went in Ogunquit, so if you stay here, have breakfast early and go to the beach early and stay there all day, get food in Ogunquit and return to the hotel late to make it worth it. The price is good and they have a very clean bathroom and clean beds. The rooms are small for a family of 4 but for the price it is good, the breakfast is good also at the reception they are friendly. The Walmart is about a 2 minute walk away. The wifi It works quickly...the only bad experience was that someone was smoking marijuana in a room and the entire second floor stunk. They should have kicked them out to smoke...from then on everything was perfect! ?

My boyfriend and I been staying here for a few months here and there and the service is excellent and wonderful! The rooms are very comfortable with a big bed. Our favorites are Breanna at night time during the week and her sister Nicole during the weekend. They go above and beyond for us if we ever have a problem, they are more then willing to help us out! They’ve also helped us out by telling us about Expedia online and that has helped us! They definitely live by their name of being quality and showing it.

Rooms are nice for quality inn but our room was not clean. Cigarette holes in sheet. There was hair and trash on bathroom floor. You could tell by the spilled coffee that the desk and nightstand had not been wiped down. There were crumbs and hair between mattress and box springs under the headboard. The envelope for tips was dirty with something splattered all over it. This hotel could be a super nice quality inn with a little more effort to make sure rooms are clean. There is no elevator but it wasn’t that big if a deal because there are only 2 floors.

Rooms were cleaned just fine. They’re just fine as far as size goes. The woman at the front desk is awesome and helped accommodate us when we were having bank trouble because we’re not accustomed to traveling out of state very often. She made our situation infinitely less stressful than we were expecting it to be. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very small rooms for the price. Room smelled bad and not very clean upon first entering the room. Mold and scum in the bathroom. Dirty sheets on the bed, with stains. Save yourself a disappointing time at a hotel and stay somewhere else worth the money.
