I would like to express my satisfaction with the service department at the Sanford Maine location of United Ag and Turf. Service manager Betty is always helpful, courteous, professional and specific in detailing the scope and steps regarding the service/repairs of my machines. All this and her friendly personality make the financial hit of the repairs easier to take.
I’d also like to mention service technician, Sherwin. He has serviced my machines at my location a few times as well as in house. He is also a very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and likable young man.

Good experience overall. Sheila was very nice, did not try to oversell me, and did sell me exactly what i needed for my half acre lawn. She even gave me a sweet ball cap. Had some trouble with my old machine, and the service manager took care of me right away too. Always satisfied with the service and respectful treatment here!
