It's hard to honestly say exceeded my expectations because O come to Marc motors Nissan to service my truck because I expect the work to be done with excellence. The only way to exceed that, is to get to the desk to settle and find out that I was getting a massive discount or bonus services were performed.

Amy was kind enough to take time out of her day to meet with us and introduce Gene as my sales representative. She said I was in good hands but unfortunately that was not the case, I was in superb hands! Gene was patient, thorough and a consumate professional. It is very easy to see why he has been salesperson of the year for 4 years running, needs to be on his business card. Thank you for a wonderful vehicle and a most enjoyable experience.

Talked with Travis Belanger at marc motors Nissan in Sanford, Maine about what I was looking for in a vehicle. I didn’t have anything in mind but He took the time to not only listen to my wants and needs but recommended the rouge. He explained about trade in value, gave me options on what my payments could look like with a four square break down so I knew up front what I was getting into. I was given a great quote. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and has a great smile. He made me feel like I wasn’t just a regular customer but more like family. I recommend Travis for your next vehicle purchase.

I recently visited Marc Motors Nissan to investigate lease options on a new Rogue.I was greeted by Nick Reagan in sales. I was very comfortable with his no pressure approach and his vast knowledge of the product line. I very happy with my decision, Nick’s attention to detail is second to none. I had my first scheduled oil change / tire rotation / check up.Service intake was FAST and Friendly.Service did take a bit longer than I expected, but just under the hour that the lady said it would take.I received a service sheet but I have absolutely no idea what any of it means.

I wasn't particularly pleased with final cost to me. Getting charged for the alignment, when what caused the misalignment, was covered under warranty was somewhat confusing, I fully expected to pay labor costs, not the alignment. Other than that, the staff in the service department were exemplary, and should be commended for their dedication to heir customers, they went above and beyond in making sure I could still get to work while working on my truck.. A+++

I bought a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from Marc Motors Nissan in Sanford about two years ago. I paid 4000$ over value for it buying warranties that do not cover anything that has gone wrong. The air conditioning unit has not worked since I bought it and the total to fix it is heading towards the 1100$ mark. They already replaced a cap for 400$ and the replace a leaking tube will be another 700+$. I recently paid just under 3600$ to replace a whole list of items around the wheels. I had it towed there on a Monday for a scheduled diagnostic, they did not get to it until Tuesday night. Then when I came to reacquire my vehicle Friday, it was not finished and they could not offer me a loaner car. So I was to drive my partially fixed vehicle around for the weekend and on Monday I could return so they could complete the repairs. They took 53$ off my bill.This has been my experience with no embellishment. Take it how you will but I am not going back.Jackie was great.

Buying a car always seems stressful. But I test drove cars in my area and then chose to work with Marc Motors because of their great lease pricing. I started the process online, which made it much easier when I called and spoke to the BEST people the next day. See, I happened to be buying a car and getting married on the same day, and I cannot tell you how great everyone was in understanding that undertaking. I talked to Amy a lot in the morning to sort out the details while I was multi-tasking (steaming clothes, finalizing ceremony wording, etc). She was SO amazing to work with. We drove down to sign the completed paperwork and were greeted by Gene by name and he gave us a look-over of my Rogue. Then, he brought us right inside to go over details, and made that process as efficient as ever. I then visited Isaiah in financing, who already had everything done and was just waiting on signatures. Back out to Gene for the insurance portion and for a bunch of people to come over and give us their well-wishes, including Amy. By the time we left (driving my dream car), which was in no time at all, I felt like family. And we still had time to go to my son’s 2nd grade open house to meet his teacher before we got ready for our wedding. And when I called the next day to make absolutely sure I had everyone’s names right, I spoke to Abby, who was an absolute doll. I would recommend everyone go to Marc Motors for their car needs. I don’t know if I’ll ever go anywhere else. Love ruled the day yesterday. I got married, I fell in love with my Rogue, and I fell in love with the folks at Marc Motors Nissan!

My family just moved in this place. We've been disappointed to some of the dealers not until we visited Marc motors. My family and I were treated with respect and the sales agent was very accommodating. He listens to the customer's need and goes extra miles to help out. Kudos to the whole team!!!

The sales person Nick that we dealt with was very nice. Had a wonderful attitude and helped us understand the car with all the add-ons and everything was very knowledgeable and upfront with how we dealt with us. Everyone we dealt with made it easy fast and didn't make us feel stressed out or uncomfortable. We were very happy and will definitely be back!

I was truly blown away by the impeccable service the young gentleman, Alex, gave me. not only during my visit, where he was pleasant, funny, honest, and not overly baring! But also going above and beyond after the fact to keep looking/ updating me on new inventory (as requested), perfectly by what I was in the market for. I felt heard, thought of, and up to date on all my options. THATS how buying a car should be. Thanks again Alex, I'll recommend you, and your boss with the beautiful eyes anyday ??? go check them out, there inventory is has variety, fantastic styles, and that warranty!
