I bought a 2012 Honda Pilot from Lloyd’s in 2018 ! She is still running smoothly and in great shape! I have not had any problems with it. No unexpected repairs or breakdowns only maintenance. Today I put a deposit down on a 2009 Toyota Camry! I took her for a test drive and she is feisty we are gonna get along great ? ? ? ? #foreigncarsrule

We took our cars here for inspection and my truck failed. I was told I needed two tires (which I suspected) and that the idler arm and pitman arm were bad. Since I have a great warranty I declined the repairs they wanted to do and took it to Chevy. Chevy said the idler arm and pitman arm were perfect.
It's interesting to me the Chevy dealer said they were good and did not need to be replaced.

Rick went out of his way during his busy day to check my sensor lights. He was able to determine the next logical steps to troubleshoot. He ordered parts and was able to take my car in the following business day. I got my car back with a lower bill and all lights on my dashboard off!

Purchased a vehicle from them and immediately ran into issues. One being the fact that I went through two sets of tires within 6 months. I went into Lloyd’s and he refused to come out and talk to me. Christine had an attitude the entire time (she runs on anxiety and anger almost every interaction) she ended up taking 100 out of her own wallet and threw it at me. I regret bringing my business there and will never step foot back there. Especially after reading all their replies to these comments, WOW. The absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever seen. How are these people still in business?!?

Call bureau of motor vehicles investigations and report your unsafe vehicles that have been breaking down after your purchase..ask the investigator how they're passing inspections and receiving sticker..is the fraud..we will find out. Ther are 3 vehicles where I live that were purchased around the same time and all three had mechanical issues within the 30 day warranty period..ask yourself. How did these pass inspection and is my inspection sticker fraudulently placed on your vehicle and were you lied about I UT the sticker..let's bring thus scammer down

Very honest and trustworthy, from the minute I walked in I felt like someone actually genuinely cared about helping me and making sure we go what we need. They made it very quick and easy and we left the same day with a car. We got a 2015 Kia and couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the whole situation. The price was great and I didn't feel like I was being over charged. I feel great about my purchase and I am so happy we went there to talk to them. The woman who works the desk is a wonderful woman. She was awesome from the second we walked in and helped us every step of the way. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thank you all so much for everything you guys have done. I'll never buy a vehicle anywhere else. If anyone needs a good used vehicle but your sick of getting ripped off and you just don't know who to trust anymore. Took my car in to get new tires. The staff was great, and the mechanic Rick was amazing. Put on new tires, fixed my tie rod and did my alignment all for a very reasonable price! Thank you guys for making my vehicle safe again!
