After reaching out to a few places and getting nowhere, I remembered KO across the street from my old job. And I called the answer so they got my business. People on the other end of the line or more than happy to assist with everything even the paperwork. Highly recommended to those who have reached out and gotten nowheres. My husband and I were given 2 weeks to get out of our place we had been for 5 years. Naturally we were panicking but getting a unit from KO Storage relieved so much of the pressure. Reserving the unit on the website was SO easy and access to our unit was instantly available. We didn't have to check in at the office, and we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the space our processions would be staying.Not only that, they are super customer friendly, responsive and have accommodated our needs through and through. I recommend them highly!
