Multiple times now it has taken 4-5 hours to fill a simple prescription. first time was a just an eye drop called in at noon. Waited 2 hours, went down, they said 30 more minutes. so I waited. 30 minutes later they knew nothing about it and said 30 more minutes. tried again and they said sorry give us an hour, but we close at six. finally got it at 5:30, wasted my whole day driving back and forth. today looks like the same thing. need an antibiotic filled. sent in at 11. went home, waited 3 hours, showed just when they were about to close for lunch. they are “working on it” and need another hour, AFTER they come back from lunch at 2:30. I don’t usually complain or write bad reviews but I’ve never seen another pharmacy in the area take so long. waterboro Hannaford takes about an hour and calls you when it’s ready.

A prescription was called in for my son. They flagged it due to cost. They didn't order the medication. They didn't call me to let me know they wouldn't be filling the prescription. Now I'm racing around trying to find a more competent pharmacy to fill my son's medication. Thanks for endangering my son's health. Passing the blame to another pharmacist is ridiculous. You should all be fired.

Best store ever. Only issue is sometimes out of stock of various items but not their fault. Overpopulate area and not enough stores to go around

Horrible ....my partner is stage 4 cancer, diabetic,heart problems,stroke risk,and on meds he can not run out of or he can die ....Hannaford could not get it figured it out he was running out of stroke medicine ,thyroid medicine,insulin they wouldn't fill his medicine when they were supposed to ...when he finally switched pharmacies they took days to do it and when it was supposed to. Be done they didn't even transfer all his prescriptions. .... He's not on controlled prescriptions..everything he takes is literally to keep him alive...this is not okay when ppls live depend on this

Poor staff. If you want to go here and deal with rude staff that closes early and turns away customers bc of their lunch break go here. Was going in I guess they had lunch in 5 minutes i quickly asked if I could pick up my medication that’s I really need (was told was ready the day before) only to be told it’s not ready and they didn’t want to help me because they didn’t want to go through the coupons I had that my doctor gave me. Saw them passing around there lunches in front of me and everything after I told them I drove an hour to get there (they said they would help me until they heard about the coupons) don’t go to this pharmacy

i went to this hannaford to grab some few things and i asked an emplyee for assitance finding an item i was looking for and a guy named Gavin(Derosie) was horribly rude and actually told me to find it myself... i wont be bck

Customer service highly needs to be addressed. I find myself almost wanting to apologize for coming in and asking for my rx. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this one has affected me a lot this last year. I’ve already switched from Walgreens due to my doctors office preferring not to work with them so all around I hope the pharmacies locally really take a look into this.

When you've worked at a family pharmacy starting as a young teen you expect that all pharmacies are the same. They are not. These folks can be downright rude.Get a grip Sanford Hannaford Pharmacy.You would get a lower score but occasionally you pull one out of a hat.

I've been going here for years and up until this last year, rarely had a problem. Unfortunately their customer service has dropped drastically this last year. From no longer informing patients when they can't fill a prescription, to continuously giving me the wrong information (ie: come back tomorrow and it'll be ready) to their phones now hang up anytime they try to put anyone on hold, and the worst part is they now refuse to allow patients to advocate for themselves by refusing to tell patients if a medication is in stock during a national medication shortage. Avoid going here if you can.
