This is a great shop. I had developed a crack on my Chevy Colorado windshield from a small rock off a truck tire. It was a totally unavoidable event. Safelite wanted about $980 for a windshield, installation, and programming. Programming is common on modern vehicles for front impact warnings. It's an option I find redundant unless you're a tailgater. I received a new windshield for about $315. Some insurance policies have zero dollars out of pocket, so if you have that, go with the Safelite windshield. If you do not, as I discovered, this is a more economical solution.

Excellent service! I have used Hands On Auto Glass three times over the past 9 months. The owner does very thorough work. Also, he has always tried to give me an appointment within a week of calling. He comes to your home which is also very convenient. Although the owner is busy, he made time in his schedule to come on short notice to check on and repair the windshield. It looked like new again. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Called for a quote & they wouldnt even give me the time of day. The man I spoke to was very rude and claimed he couldn’t help before knowing what I even wanted .. ? Completely unprofessional. I would not recommend to a stranger.... They do not want your business.Update: as you can clearly see by his reply, this man has no type of professionalism.. pathetic. As a business owner myself I would never speak to a potential client like that. I did not ask for services to be provided the same day. I simply asked for a quote to which he rudely responded that he had no time and proceeded to hang up. Unbelievable. ?

Called a half hr before showing up to say he couldnt get windshield an the wearhouses inventory was off. Not very professional, most places call an hr before schedule time.......
