I've dropped off several packages at this location over the past year with no issues. I've dealt with many different members of the staff and they've always been competent and polite. As long as packages can still be dropped off here I plan to keep using this service. The only downside is that I feel bad for the Walgreens employees who have to deal with ignorant customers that don't realize this is only a drop site.

They refused to take my package, with an air bill attached that was paid for by the business that sent it to me, because it wasnt paid for even though it clearly said it was. Called a support line and was told that everything was in order and it shouldn't have been denied. It would probably help if the person in charge of handling fedex related things at a walgreens location wasn't high out of his mind while on the clock.

Wouldn't accept my package because it wasn't tapped closed and she had, "no tape to offer." How can you call yourself a FedEx anything and not have tape?!
