These guys are pros, and very knowledgeable. They've helped me twice so far, and their only downside is their $150 travel charge to come to your place.

D&J has been our go-to for pellet stove parts when needed, and they had them in stock. We get our wood pellets through them as well, by the pallet or as individual bags.
