I've been a regular customer for about 20 years or more. They had two really first class Pharmacists, John and Linda. They have gone across the street. Over the last year or two the consistency and quality of their service has declined. They are regularly short staffed, and backed up. A couple of the pharmacy assistants are still there, and they do their best. They use to appear happy, and now they just seem stressed and sad. Now they're reducing the pharmacy hours, and I'm going to find a new pharmacy. ?

CVS Pharmacy was good until they weren't. Things happen in the economy and there are shortages on different medications. Sure, it happens. CVS was out of one of my medications. The online CVS Pharmacy App has a notice that if they are out of stock, they will tell you which CVS has it. They do not and will not do this for you. Recently CVS had a delay with another medication. A week had passed and so I called the pharmacy. The woman I spoke with told me someone would call me if they didn't have it. A day goes by and I hear nothing so I call because I assume they have it back in stock. A different woman answers and told me they don't know when it will be back in stock but to call tomorrow to check. So another day goes by and I call back. A third woman answers the phone and no they don't have it. She says "my guess is as good as yours. When we have it we'll just fill it." I found a new pharmacy immediately after.

This store is one of the worse! I have an Uti that took three hours for the pharmacy to fill! I go to the counter and there was a very slow cashier who screwed up every single order ahead of me. I get to the counter, told 8 minutes to finish. Okay I sit down and watch the time for eight minutes, meanwhile having to urinate because of the infection. I finally decided I am going to pee in the store if I can't get to a bathroom. I go to the front and talked to the cashier and told her my problem. She replies very rudely that too bad first serve first come and to basically be wait. She should not be in customer service and why she is in this store I never will know. The manager luckily heard me and let me use their private bathroom. But basically in a nut shell - very rude store. This is not the first time a bad experience at Cvs Sanford.

Typically used to go here for the pharmacy, but those prices have gone up majorly. If you're in a hurry don't stop here!! A worker was on her phone for 10 mins and within the first min my husband asked for assistance and she gave him attitude and said "she's busy at the moment" then when she was finished she slowly made her way to the register and then checked us out. The pharmacy staff are really nice and quick on their feet. The other staff.....not so much!!

Excellent service, Shannon was awesome!
