I had a bad experience here! They schedule very far out for their deliveries, cancelled a delivery without informing me (!), and the staff I spoke with was very rude. I decided to cancel all future deliveries and go with a different company - Bargain Fuel in Arundel, ME - who was super nice, got me scheduled much quicker, and had no issues delivering oil as expected. Having your house heated in Maine is something you want to be able to rely on.

Just went to CN Brown (VP) to get a carton of cigarettes and met THE rudest cashier ever ,I asked for a carton of my cigarettes the guy says he cant get them for me, ask why he says he doesn't know how, I never saw him there before so I pointed to the keys in case in didnt know where they were ,he then says he dosent even know if they have them no moving to look mind you when I asked him if he could,then says after that he can't and I asked why not?he says I dont work here ,seriously?! had to buy them individually because he didnt stock the case and didnt have enough for me to get my weekly supply in the front so ultimately going to cost me more because I still have to get my carton for the week trying to minimize my trips out and its cheaper to buy them by the carton for me .Pretty disgusted having worked in customer service myself for years his attitude was rude ,dismissive and not the customer service one expects to receive, not sure who he is but he was wearing a cowboy hat and Jeans ,will be calling the manager tomorrow to let them know of my encounter, I also buy all my gas and home heating oil there or did...

CN Brown Thank You just called you to have 100 gallons of oil delivered for my Daughter Jessica in Lebanon,Maine and they will be there tomorrow the Women on the phone was very Polite and Caring with a great sense of humor ,,,my Daughter tried Rymes Propane & oil when they first moved into there home and had them fill it up with 200 Gallons so they where a customer with Rymes but not no more!!! they said they could not deliver oil until first week of March are you serious!! they where also very RUDE they way they spoke to my Daughter Jessica was not a right and Professional she’s young and first time home buyers so this is all new to her .they didn’t offer no help at all... but they would deliver oil for $100 emergency cost what a scam Rymes Propane & oil I wouldn’t do business with this company ever again..

Not a very managed organization. Meant for people to pay and not receive any service to their equipment boilers or help them in anyway get started initially. They will take a payment and not process it. Throwing off your bank count. They will not offer any or refer any plumbing expert's to help you with your furnace issues. They have no desire of customer service.. Feels like they were screwed by someone and they're taking it out on everyone. If you need oil in an emergency don't call these guys if you have a mechanical issue with the furnace don't even bother. The website says that they offer it but they lie I give it one star because they at least are there so that you can talk to them and try to convince them of your urgency good luck

We switched to Brown and they did some minor maintenance. They forget to turn the gas back on to our fridge. Destroyed 100 dollars worth of food. They also forgot to deliver propane. Fast forward to our second delivery, they didn't do it again. We called and were told they came a day early and our gate was locked. Gate wasn't locked. I asked why I didn't get a call and was told they would get back to me. An hour later I get a call saying the gate was locked and the road was to muddy. Like 2, the road was dry. Still no answer on why I didn't get a call. I asked to speak to a member of the management team and was told one would call. Still waiting...
