“I was at this carwash about a week ago around 8pm. The car wash sprays the car and then puts a bunch of soap on my car and then breaks. My daughter and I sat there like "What do I do?" We sat there laughing and I was going on the website to contact them. Next thing I know a worker comes in and helps. Honestly didn't expect that at 8pm. Got a second car wash for free. Actually got the soap off. It was nice. Lol.”

“Paid for the top tier touch free with ceramic. I feel like something wasn't working though, as at one point, the machine circled my car but didn't spray anything out other than a few little drips. I'm not even sure which step didn't work, however. It did a sorta okay job at cleaning at my car, but I feel like I got nipped out of the 20 bucks I spent. I go through similar machines/washes all the time and they seem to work better than this particular one.”
