“This is a great shop. I had developed a crack on my Chevy Colorado windshield from a small rock off a truck tire. It was a totally unavoidable event. Safelite wanted about $980 for a windshield, installation, and programming. Programming is common on modern vehicles for front impact warnings. It's an option I find redundant unless you're a tailgater. I received a new windshield for about $315. Some insurance policies have zero dollars out of pocket, so if you have that, go with the Safelite windshield. If you do not, as I discovered, this is a more economical solution.”
