You guys are always closed it's annoying. Your store hours say you are open until 8 on the week day and 6 on weekend for some reason which makes no sense. Yet whoever I'm there you guys are closed no matter the time of day. Whether it's 7 am on a Monday trying to get gad for work or 7 pm trying to get some alcohol for a party. Don't both with this place it's never open but always hiring.

I think the actual big apple is 5 stars. the wash is 1 star. Absolutely disgusting.It smelled like mold and must, and there was paper clogged in two of the washers in the coils hidden. Ruined my clothes. I can't wear those again and have to get new ones. absolutely disgusted.when I told the workers one of the girls literally laughed at me, when I was really nice about it.The benches were cute. matched my VSCO aesthetic. would never be caught dead in that laundromat again.

Sanford location has been closed since Friday 1/14/2022. Pinestate truck tried to deliver a order and no one was there.

Great little store. Gas prices are always fair. The food and products are a bit on the higher side but not unbearable or gouging. The people that work there always have a good attitude, especially the guy that looks like Jesus with glasses. Good customer service along with convenience like being open at 5 a.m., this is a great store. The people behind the counter are always nice and helpful but if you need to buy alcohol you have to have picture ID. store policy no matter what age.

Shout out to two employees at big apple on main st in Sanford. My wife stopped in last night to pick up few essentials on way home and left couple items on counter. She stopped in today to pick up couple things and they had her items set aside for her with copy of her receipt. Rare these days indeed....normally you wouldn't even try and bother explaining that you never got items in bag when you got home. So thanks to both of you for honesty and integrity.
