I have been going to Lily for 4 years now
I did not care for the previous owners/ management but things have changed!
They do a wonderful job
Very friendly the environment is changed for the good!

Mostly okay, I did ask for acrylic full set of gel and the guy gave me dip which chipped right after I left the salon, and they’re lumpy and uneven . They seem nice in there but I won’t be going back due to not getting what I asked for.

So, ive waited a week to write this review, because I don't like to have a negative impact on someones business..However, I brought my 7 year old daughter and myself in to have some mommy/daughter time, (it was her first time getting her nails done) and we were super excited to have just me and her time.. First and foremost we are a walk-in, (i called 30 minutes before and asked if they did walk-ins..I didn't know) so we came in and there were only two women working. Nobody else was in the entire place (customers included..It was literally just us FOUR!!)...anyways, in the midst of getting my acrylics done, it starts burning... like my fingers were melting! Im not sure why, but yeah. I kept checking on my daughter to make sure she was okay, which she was, Thank god!, But i felt like my fingers were actually burning off my hand.. and then the lady who was the one who was doing my nails continues to talk about how bad my under eye bags are... (I already know lady, i have three kids and dont getnearly enough sleep) which doesnt really matter to me, but she keeps talking to me about this "magic eye/facecream" that i need to help my "horrible under eye bag's " (her words)I politely declined because im not paying $40 for a weird cream to put on my face... but she kept talking about it...No ma'am! Finally, after we were done, i just wanted to get myself and my child out of there.. I took my card out of my wallet to pay, and this woman asks, "do you have cash to tip?".......... No...when i tell you this lady watched me like a hawk when i wrote out the recipt... you have no idea. I put $10 for a tip, and that was it...I really, genuinely don't think i should have given her that much...My nails were horribly done, they burned, she made me BLEED, and they were not at all what i asked for... But, i just wanted to get me and my daughter out of there... Long story short, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This has to be the WORST salon that I have ever been to. I went in for a pink and white ombré fill and a pedicure on Friday. When she was “done” my nails were bright pink at the bottom, a weird shade of pink on the middle &
You could see the line distinctly…and almost no white for the ombré. When I pointed it out and asked the technician to fix it, she said no “it was fine”. I asked SEVERAL times before I had to be firm in telling her that I wasn’t going to walk out of there like that. She then passed me along to the pedicure tech who was very nice. However, the nail tech came over to the polish wall, started yelling at me and slapping my hands. I had to ask her several times to stop yelling at me. She then said she would “fix my nails” but not to what I asked for. She refused to provide what I asked for and said that she would only paint them. I was so frustrated and honestly embarrassed because everyone was staring at me. I’m usually very easy going, but with the prices they charge, I expect to be provided what I asked for. Also, though the pedicure tech was nice, I was left with much to be desired & paid $50 for a very basic pedicure. I still need a pedicure after leaving. Back to the nails again, the day after getting my nails done, the paint has started changing colors and they’re a brownish pink and you can see the precious style underneath as well. I caution you, please DO NOT go here!

I came in because I was visiting my daughter and it was close and the reviews seemed decent at 4.1. I have NO idea where or who these people had their nails done by! Mimi was very nice, but I came in for a fill, as my usual lady does a fabulous job and even after 4 weeks the nails were mostly very secure and intact. She proceeded to say I needed a full set, ripped off my nails very painfully, slathered (yes slathered) on the acrylic leaving a coverage that was bumpy and didn’t cover the nail bed and as you can see from the photos, gave no thought as to the shape or the length of the white or comparing the nails for conformity. (As you can see, the pointer ring finger are comPLETELY different in length and shape!) Then she charged me $10-15 more than my lady EVER charged. And my fingers are in pain! What a hack job. $60 for this?

I will never be going back there again! Not only did the lady mess up my nails, she sliced up my thumb and it was pretty deep. She didn't even acknowledge it, she was too busy trying to sell me face cream products. My nails are uneven and aren't even set right. It's only been two days and already look like they need a fill. I asked for matte black and she decided that I wanted black dip with glitter. Wouldn't listen when I said I didn't want it. She just kept doing it. Then she put a top coat on and it's already chipping off. I have have matte black for almost every nail set I've gotten and have never had this problem with other salons. Also, the nail art I asked for ABSOLUTELY messed up. Horrible business.Services: Nail art

This was my first time at this salon I went in for a fill and I have never experienced such awful service. The lady doing my nails was very rude and rough on my nails, she cut me numerous times and when I told her she was hurting me she could have cared less and just ignored me. She put in the least amount of effort I’ve ever experienced leaving many nails with the top half of my real nails without any acrylic covering them. Lastly, when I went to pay I paid with my debit card, she then proceeded to ask me “so do you have cash for my tip”I was completely disgusted with her comment. Needless to say I will never go back and I’ve learned my lesson to just stick with my original salon and be patient and wait for an appointment.
