The lady supervisor at this location has to of been one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with in my life. She needs to learn how to treat people if she's ever going to hop customers at the front desk. Otherwise I hope she stays in the back of the office in her layer like she's supposed to because she's an absolute B, if you ever need a supervisor at this location, I recommend you record the conversation before she starts talking to you.

I wish I'd paid attention to the name of the woman who helped me so I could call her out-she was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I stopped by to re-key our mailbox and have our mail forwarded and she had us in and out of there lickity-split. She also broke the tie my wife and I have about the best kind of pen. And she didn't side with me. Oh well, she is still fantastic in my book.

Damn I swear Anthony could do better in this job he didn't take the time out too satisfy my pick up didn't get more info he just thought getting us out would make our day better and make his day go faster but big thanks too KEVIN I believe manager he stepped up and helped me out big time extra helpful with Kevin he should actually run the front desk instead of Anthony

Just left the US Post Office feeling very uncomfortable. KAMM made me feel very awkward and embarrassed, as he said the way I write/hold the pen, looks like I'm handicap. Then as I was paying, he told me "you're trouble". And continued to say multiple times "you're a hot girl", "you just received the high priority service, because you're a hot girl", etc. That's disgusting and disrespectful towards me and any other young girl. And to add, there was a big line of people listening and said nothing. Sad.

The place seems understaffed. Their hours are limited to those when most folks are at work leaving before local lobstermen and shipyard workers leave for work and closing before they return. The lobby is locked after hours behind a flimsy glass door that would only stop honest people making it difficult for those honest people who require post boxes, due to lack of rural delivery, to get there mail after hours, half of Saturday and all day Sunday. For a 100% disabled veteran who gets critical medicines by mail that I could die without this is a problem unless my life is modified to their limited schedule. A simple electronic lock for box holders to allow them entrance to access their boxes would provide better service.

i went to the post office to return some items that didn't fit me. i went right after work so i didn't have the items to retape my package and cut my receipt. Anthony helped me and he was so rude i was caught off guard. he told me my job was to get the package ready and was telling me how to do it step by step as if i didn't understand how to tape my package. like i said i got there right after work, and usually the other post office tapes the receipt without a problem. totally caught off guard and found his attitude so rude.

The customer service here is excellent. It's all Kamm (and ladies he's single)! He takes the time to make sure he represents the post office right! He delivers the best quality shipping, care, and service. I came in here with no clue what to do and he helped me ship a pile of boxes across the country fast and efficient. Best post office experience ever!
