I used to go to the store before it was wag n wash and if it's the same groomer. Yes, she does a very good job. Recently I went and bought items that were on clearance due to the fact I'm selling some puppies. I got them at marked down Prices and then another 50% was marked down. When I got home there was a discrepancy in the bill of 5 to $8. I returned to the store and was told that this is how their system in their Computer Works and the prices were correct. And nothing would be done. I'm very disappointed in this store. For lack of customer appreciation and will not be going there again.

Brought Peanut in for a nail trim. Nails came out perfect! Amelia was great. Store was clean and people were friendly. Very impressed! Will be doing business there again for sure.

Prices are not bad. Store is clean and well organized. I waited in line 10 mins for someone to ring up my order. Not once did the cashier tell me it would be a moment while she scheduled a groom over the phone.She sounded extremely incompetent and not well trained while over hearing her speak with another customer.
