The Saco VIP is great. They have great customer service and do their best to get you in as soon as they can. I desperately needed new tires and they got me in the very next day. I got a very fair price for the tires and would highly recommend.

Eric at Saco Maine location is top notch. He inspected my vehicle for tire wear and explained how it happened and what his recommendations were to fox the issue. I like the professionalism of the VIP staff and would recommend Eric for advancement !

Do not try to schedule online. I have tried multiple times and always cancel on me the day of. This location has gone straight downhill last couple of years.

I got my oil changed at VIP and had a really great experience overall. I don't know a lot about cars so I tend to ask a lot of questions; every person I talked to was patient, explained things thoroughly, and my car service was completed in a timely manner.

Super awesome store! Staff is always friendly and patient. They work hard and fast and are very detail oriented! Love that they’re basically always able to help me work around my own crazy schedule, makes my life so much easier and keeps getting my car checked out stress free! Love the VIP crew! Don’t know what I would do without them!

VIP tires staff and crew are really wonderful. I had my tire sensors changed here and they kept me informed and topped my tires off with air as well.
