“I am a huge fan of this veterinary hospital. At first we would go to north street in saco but transferred over to the establishment at 838 portland road. The staff is always, always polite and extremely helpful with any and all my animal needs. Dr. Chadbourn is who we mostly saw for my dog but the other Dr's there are also incredible.I just recently had to put my 15 and a half year old pit bull, Alexus, down. Obviously it was a devastating time for my family. Saco animal hospital took care of literally everything. I was able to sit there with her as long as I needed before and after. I had her cremated so she will always be with me and they sent her out and called me less than a week later to pick up her ashes and paw print that was made.It cost less than I expected and several hundred dollars less than a single emergency visit to Portland veterinary emergency and specialty care. (I wouldn't ever recommend going there even in emergency)I can't say enough how outstanding they are here in Saco. If you're looking for a vet for your furry (or not furry) friends, I absolutely recommend giving them a call.-Samantha C”

“This clinic did everything they could to save a puppy that was not being watched by the owner and ingested a skewer.They offered multiple options and were almost destroyed by the one-sided media story.Medicine costs money.Animal Hospitals do not work the same way as human medicine - invest in pet insurance as soon as you obtain a pet and youll save thousands of dollars down the line.#NOMV”

“This was a tech appointment for a vaccine for one of my dogs, a very anxious boy. Jen was wonderful with him, as always. She is very experienced and she knows me and each of my four dogs. It is always a pleasure to see her.”

“Lucy is a hard cat to take to the vet. Once we get there, she really likes Dr. Angelos and cooperates with him which is amazing. He fully examined her, took x-rays and decided on a treatment plan to rule out lung worms and infection before we consider asthma inhaler treatments. So far it seems to be working. She hasn’t coughed since she started treatment about 4 days ago. Thank you!

Update: The lungworm treatment worked. She hasn’t coughed in months. Thank you for starting with a potential root cause and not just treating the symptoms. Dr. A is a great veterinarian and diagnostician.”

They have seen me through all kinds of scenarios with my pets and go above and beyond, sending personal pics for updates, available for questions anytime I call, and so much more. “I just had to write this review in praise of Pine Point animal hospital and staff and Dr. Drew and his kind, compassionate care of my Penny. Penny has bladder cancer but is still going on good medicine. Recently she developed giarda (sp) and has extreme diarrhea. Really scary blood and poop all over. He calmed me down and said we're still hopeful she'll get through this. Thanks so much for all your support for Penny and me.”

“Very recently my cat had an infection in his paw; Kennebunk Veterinary office got me in quickly and we were seen by Dr. O and his Assistant. “I've meant to leave a review for awhile and just happened to remember today. I've been seeing this vet since approximately 2018 and they have always been able to see my animals in a timely manner and provided great care. I started seeing them first when I got my cockatiel who was quite the troublemaker, getting himself hurt several times. Though some of this was due to my own inexperience they were always able to get me in for emergency appointments promptly and made sure he got proper care. They took my calls quickly and always got me in quickly even sometimes sneaking me in only an hour after i called or taking me after hours. I later brought in my guinea pigs who were experiencing skin mites, I regret not bringing them in sooner. Dr. Mulski saw them and although she came off a little rude at first I quickly learned she is very enthusiastic about your pets wellbeing. I saw true excitement in the vet and vet techs as they saw them improve and that truly means alot. I also started bringing my cat to them. Their prices are very reasonable especially compared to some of the nightmare charges Ive gotten with past vets. Even with overnight care Ive never feared breaking the bank with them and they have always showed true compassion for my pets. I just brought my kitty in a few weeks ago for some concern about asthma. They suggested quite a few tests that Im glad i signed off on as they caught a thyroid issue early that we may not have caught otherwise. Dr. Niedermeyer also sat down with me and explained his xrays and test results in detail which im very thankful for. Both vets here are great and really care along with the rest of the staff. I wish I had started seeing them sooner as they have truly helped my pets and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.”
