Usually, it’s very quick, but the store was packed. The seemingly newer associate was a little put out. They have got to do something about managing lines without driving customers mad. The entrance bell doesn’t stop ringing even if everyone is in the store. All you have to do is move a little. One half of the store is filled with the line and the other half is empty. A couple customers were non-English speaking and should’ve been asked to step aside and make the phone calls they were making to get organized so that other customers spilling into the store with quick processes could be assisted.

I usually never have a bad experience at this UPS store, but the manager, Joseph Loiselle was EXTREMELY rude, condescending and just unpleasant and that's putting it mildly. He wouldn't really help me or a woman in front of me that clearly needed assistance. Her and I both have not had any issues prior, but this guy wouldn't help at all. He wouldn't allow us to print a label even though we have been able to do it many times before. I honestly cannot understand how he became a manager.

We arrived at the UPS store, with stuff to ship, but no box or packing supplies. The line was five people deep, but we still were helped within two minutes. The employee that helped us was efficient, kind and was able to help us find the right size box at the best price very quickly. We were shipping a care package and they were happy to use the colorful packing stuffing paper and stuff so that it would look nice. We couldn't of asked for a better shipping experience!

Wanted a digital file that I bought from Etsy custom printed to fit my frame. Used Saco UPS. I am so pleased with the color and quality of the print. I am impressed with the speed and professionalism I received from the staff. I love my local Saco UPS. I will definitely be back for more prints. Thank you!

Very rude arrogant owner refused to take a package with ammunition in it claiming you can only ship ammo through an FFL, 'I have guns, I'm the owner, I know the rules' he said. He then told me to call corporate, which I did, sitting in the parking lot facing the store. They politely informed me only corporate UPS stores can accept ammunition for insurance purposes. If the very wrong 'owner' had simply looked up the actual rules, or used google, or looked on the website for the company that pays his bills, he'd also know this. Instead he doubled down that you need an FFL to ship a non FFL regulated item. Already had a sour attitude about the store from previous experiences, this cements that I'll go elsewhere until it changes owners, again.

If I could leave a review while giving this establishment ZERO stars I would. I don't take leaving negative reviews lightly and I know anyone can have an off day, but the individual who runs this location has repeatedly proven to be the most unhelpful, pompous, rude individual I have ever encountered. The Amazon return I recently attempted to ship back to Amazon was subsequently returned to me because it was processed incorrectly at this UPS location and now I have to start the process all over again. Save yourself some trouble and go to ANY OTHER UPS Store besides this one.

Everyone there was so incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Josh who notarized our marriage certificate! Everyone made sure we had all the right information so nothing would get filed wrong etc, and they even took a picture with us! Highly recommend this store for all of your shipping and notarizing needs

I just visited this store and the employee that I dealt with was the most unprofessional employee I have dealt with in my life. He told me to email the mailing label to the store but I was having issues and asked for his help. He proceeded to say "Well this is common sense". I thought I heard him wrong and asked him to repeat what he said to me. He said it again. I told him that it was very rude and I wasn't doing business with the store. I told him that I would report him and he proudly said his name was JOSH. I will do business with the Scarboro store as they are awesome. This boy needs polishing
