Tenaj was an outstanding salesperson. She was fun, fabulous, down to earth, & extremely knowledgeable . She exerted no pressure on us and was very thrilled for us when we made our decision to buy. I would sincerely recommend her to anyone looking for a new vehicle. She afforded us world class customer service.

Do not recommend buying a vehicle here. Test drove a used jeep, almost 4 hours later they still didn't have an offer for us, so we left. Went to berlin city and bought a jeep there, a much better experience.

We had been searching around for our next vehicle. Fortunate enough to be able to take our time and see what we liked for a SUV. we decided to move forward with a a new to us vehicle from Jack. We worked with David, who was excellent, not overly aggressive on the sales, considerate and communicative. We had some time restrictions within our own schedules and between David and his supervisor Jeremey we got the sale done and honestly, it was one of the best and easiest purchases. Jeremey had all the paperwork together upon our arrival, we were in and out in 15 mins. I would highly recommend this team and the Jack company. I do really appreciate the knowledge and ability to go back for servicing should something come up and knowing we purchased a vehicle, under market value with an excellent warranty.

Test drove a Grand Cherokee there last week, liked the SUV, and proceeded with financing. I got there right as they opened, and the almost 3 hours I was there, was the only customer. I told the sales rep multiple times, (5 to be exact), that I would like to get a purchase and sales agreement to run it through my own Credit Union after it had already been an hour without any further information on financing. Not a single time did she get me the agreement to run numbers. After 3 hours we decided to leave, and wait for them to call with more information. 30 minutes later I spoke with the Sales Manager Jeremy directly and he told me they approved my financing, we spoke briefly and he said he would call me back in the morning to verify everything. I called and left a voicemail that night asking for more info, no reply. I then called 3 times and left 2 voicemails the following morning, as well as my wife calling multiple times with no answer. She then called the direct line and finally got a hold of Jeremy who then told her he never had a single missed call, or voicemail, and that they then sold the jeep a couple hours after they approved my financing for it. No remorse, no apology, horrid customer service from the saleswoman to the General Sales Manager. Worst dealership experience I've had to date.

If I could give a negative review I would. I was promised to be able to pick up my Durango after being at this dealership for 2 week!!! I had to drive 5 and half hours from NY. Once arrived I found my Durango still sitting inside not fixed!!! I have now drove over 15 hours as I have to head back home!! this is completely inexcusable. I will be calling Chrysler directly to deal with this!!! slow service time, no one calls you back no updates given!!!

After finding a vehicle from carfax that we were interested in, we were contacted by the dealer and received an iprofile on it. We drove an hour and a half from the Boston area (which the dealer knew beforehand) to see the truck- upon our agreed upon arrival, the battery of the truck was dead so we had to wait for him to jump it, and then it turned out that it wasn’t even the correct vehicle- all the information had been incorrect and it didn’t actually fit our needs as advertised. They then proceeded to try to sell us ones that were double the cost.

This was one of, if not the best customer experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Working with the salesman Mike made it very easy, and he walked me right through the process. They also waited for me to get my trade-in vehicle back from the shop to help me purchase my 2017 Jeep! They make it very easy and they’re always happy to help. Staff is professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Doug morneau sucks. He lied to me and told me a Jeep at a sister dealership was sold (it wasn’t) to try to get me to buy through him, so he could have the commission. Even after I said I wasn’t interested in his Jeep, (bad corrosion) he didn’t let me know that the one I asked about at the sister dealership was available. I had to call the sister dealership myself. I bought that one.
