The lead pharmacist is very helpful and was very diligent about getting ahold of a doctor who needed to fix a prescription. She also called when everything was all set, and has been a huge help to my Mom.

They forgot to clear my script for my medication with my insurance. It was for my anxiety and depression. Had to pay outta pocket or I'll have to wait another day without. Which without the medication I would have to feel like garbage for another day. They made me feel like an absolute burden for there mistake. Never going through them again.

They do we’ll automatically filling my prescriptions, but to reach them by phone is impossible. Ive called several times this morning and let the phone ring continuously and no one ever answers. This isn’t the first time and I know others that have said the same thing

They are the WORST Pharmacy to Deal with!! Called in my Dog's Seizure Meds ONE DAY Early S he had spit one out so we ran short. The LEAD Pharmacist and the nerve to tell me No they would not fill it til the next Day. I left pretty upset and then called them back. Told her that if my Dog had a Seizure and Died they would be SUED. All of a sudden she told meto come right back and she would make an acception like she was doing me a Favor. I was there long before they changed Staff and they used to be real good. Now it's their way or the Highway with NO Customer Service at all. We went to another location to get away from them and when they closed we had to go back for a short time. We are now at Walmart and the Service is very good as well as the Personal interaction.

*****DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY*****Had an RX sent in at 946 AM.I called in at 11:46 to verify it’s ready.Was advised it’s ready.Showed up at 14:45 and was advised they don’t have enough product. I asked if it can be ordered and when it will be in?. The staff (Dina, Skyler) had no idea when. I asked to speak to the pharmacist (Skyler) and they said sure have a seat. I sat for over 30 minutes for Skyler to speak with me and he never came out behind counter. Not sure what he is afraid of??If you want excuses and the lowest form of customer service go there.If you want to be treated like a customer, go somewhere else.This is the reason the big box pharmacies are taking over.Dr. M.K. Very rude workers. They need to do a complete evaluation of employee procedure. Hannaford is so much better and the employees are very helpful and they actually know what there doing. The people at Shaw's pharmacy are incompetent.

This is an A+ pharmacy. Evan and mostly everyone else that works there have always been outstanding. I've never been to a pharmacy that checks and double checks and cares so much about each and every person they deal with. They have definitely earned my trust and business even when I move further away.....I'd drive just to stay with such a great pharmacist! Top notch!

I keep giving this store another chance. And then remember why I NEVER go here. Main problem is they don't rotate their stock. You have to watch expiration dates on everything. Tons of expired products on the shelf. And not just a month overdue. There were some orange cupcakes I picked up that were on sale. I am not even joking, they were a YEAR OLD!! even when you do buy things that are within the expiration date there seems to always be something wrong with them. Like they aren't stored in proper conditions? I purchased an in date organic peanut butter cup candy bar. The top was all white, the peanut butter looked ancient and hard. I literally bought another one right away at Hannaford (since I had to go there to get things that weren't expired) and it was completely different. Secondly, their food prices are consistently higher than everybody around. Yes, there are a few loss leaders to get you in the store, but generally way more expensive. After many tries, I'm done.. I see many old reviews about the expiration date issue so clearly that is never changing.

I’ve had several excellent interactions in person and by phone with staff that works at this location since I moved to the area in 2022! Perhaps there were some bad eggs at one point… for me, they have only been incredibly kind and helpful! Time for some better reviews for this pharmacy!

This shaws is always organized and the people are great. I often utilize driveup & go and Susan is one of the sweetest people ever. She is just so friendly and always makes sure everything is all set with my order. Thank you Susan!!

Pharmacy staff were courteous and professional, but completely let down by a breakdown of processes and systems. I transferred a prescription from Walmart thinking it would save me time as Shaw's is a lot closer. Wrong. It took 3 VISITS OVER THE COURSE OF A WEEK to get my prescription. From "we haven't heard back from them" to "you must be out of refills" I heard every excuse why they didn't have my prescription ready (I had 10 refills available btw).Today I was desperate as my current supply runs out tomorrow. Yet again they didn't have my prescription, so I waited while they got on the phone to verify the prescription and transfer it. I then had to amuse myself for another 15 minutes while the prescription was filled.Although this pharmacy is on my doorstep, I will avoid using it at all costs in the future. Getting blood pressure medication shouldn't be exacerbating the underlying condition ??
