Very professional and accommodating! Carrie was a huge help in arranging my repair. I've unfortunately had a stay in the hospital and her help in coordinating the repair was of great relief. I will be taking our Greyhawk there for all service needs. A pleasure to work with!

We would like to thank and recommend Seacoast RV for excellent customer service and for fixing our camper in a timely fashion.
On a recent Saturday we were driving south from Mt. Desert Island with our pop-up camper when we had two separate tire blowouts on rt. 95. The second time we were able to have the pop-up towed to Seacoast RV after hours per the recommendation of the tow truck driver. On Monday we spoke to Vinnie who told us it might take a few weeks for them to get to it. Later that day Vinnie called us back to inform us they had started looking at the trailer. On Tuesday they diagnosed the problem and by Wednesday around noon Vinnie called to tell us the trailer was fixed and ready to go. We were able to pick it up Friday and it trails just like new! Thanks to Seacoast RV.

My husband and I spent a few months looking for our new home. We looked at hundreds of floor plans at many different locations. We went back n forth to Seacoast for a month trying to decide on our perfect layout. Elevation brand had just the one we needed. Not only did Seacoast hold our model til we were ready, but they also explained every step. Brittany was amazing to work with and really knowledgeable.

Dennis came to my Trailer the other day because I had no hot water. He was so pleasant and he let me watch him repair the water heater. I am very interested in learning things so he told me every step that he was taking and explained why he needed to do what he did. I don't usually do reviews but it's unusual today to have a service man come to your home with a smile on his face and know exactly what to do, so I thought I would let you know that is an asset to your company.

This company is all about the quantity not the quality!! They just want to get paid and push you out past warranty so they don’t have to cover it! Worst company ever!!! They have a bunch of maintenance guy’s with 0 experience on how to fix things the correct way!!! I would never buy or recommend this terrible company ever!

I called service for a problem with my RV, i was promptly scheduled, provided a rough range of cost and expectations. The technician was timely and checked to ensure all safety measures were taken in replacing our parts. He was friendly and quick. There was a slight issue on my end but Sea Coast RV was friendly and responsive in addressing the issue promptly! I am happy with my service and appreciate the Service Team! I will certainly take any future issues to them!! I recommend them if you have RV service needs!!

We bought our park model in 2016 and the hot water heater just recently sprung a leak. Thomas, a Seacoast RV technician, just replaced it today. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. My husband (who knows his stuff) was so impressed. Lauren at the Service Dept was also very nice - professional and accommodating. All in all a great experience.
