My issue is sometimes app's coupons/sale prices don't always come off the total! why not? so keep an eye on the receipt! But the white haired gentleman running the register deserves way more stars!! Line of customers sometimes is long but he maintains his pleasantries & handles every customer personally. That guy alone is 5 star!

The front store staff is excellent-- super helpful, friendly, and very prompt with photo orders. A+ for the front store team. The pharmacy, however, needs work. I recently switched from a competitor due to location convenience and my experience has been less than stellar. The staff is routinely kind of rude, and twice now they have made no effort to contact me to tell me that my medication is out of stock. I worked in a pharmacy for years -- this is basic patient courtesy. I understand that we are all human and sometimes we drop the ball -- s*** happens, of course, but the fact is that now I am stuck without my medication yet again. Will continue to use this pharmacy but I would really love some improved customer/patient service and better communication.

They always have what I need at this location. From baby food to photos I’ve never had an issue finding something. Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Hours are not accurate and workers are incompetent. Tried two days in a row to get my prescription and the pharmacy was closed both times. I called prior to going and they said it was ready for pickup and google said they were open as well. Guess I’ll just die from an asthma attack because it’s gods day??

Booked a booster vaccine and was confirmed. Traveled 40 mins ans waited at the seating area. No acknowledgement of my presence and it wasn't until another customer requested updates for his shot that they decided to share all vaccines ran out. How. How do you accept appointments and run out of shots? They said we should have received a notification of appointment cancellation but there was nothing in my email. Worst communication. Poor service. Improper use of others' time.

Holy hell, what is going on??? We should have known it was bad news when we pulled into the drive through and a car was backing out (because they had the other lane blocked). We proceeded to wait for 25 minutes behind one car (in the meantime, two other cars backed out behind us after waiting). This was also after the Biddeford Walgreens told us Saco had filled the prescription and then Saco said they hadn't. Eventually left without birth control. Is there still a CVS somewhere???

The staff here was very nice, and when asked where to find something they responded with an exact aisle number. That was great. The atmosphere felt cluttered, some shelves were in the process of being installed, the floors were a bit messy, and the outwards appearance of the pillars and doorway at the entrance to the store made me want to offer to paint it.

Clean store and staff is nice. Prices are crazy high...probably a Walgreen's chain thing more than individual store thing. A lot of stuff you can get cheaper at Walmart. Best to shop when their flyers show things you need to be on sale. Have only shopped here/the store, no experience with the pharmacy.

I was the only person at the pharmacy this morning and it took forever. Had to update my address and name change from a divorce. Tech was rude and impatient. One of the worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had.
