Savannah gave me the run around, seemed helpful at first but didn't like that I couldn't immediately produce a $500 deposit so she then put me and my partner on the back burner. This caused us to lose out on 3 cars in the area we were willing to settle on which weren't our preferred color and another which was the color we wanted but wasn't manual transmission. We ended up going out of state and finding exactly what we wanted with a different dealership and purchased from them. And the kicker, Savannah tried to push a black car which we told her was a hard no as they get too hot in the state we're moving to.

I helped my daughter buy a car through Jack VW yesterday, and it was an all around great experience. We looked all over Maine and NH for the right car in our budget and Jack VW had (hands down) the best vehicle in our price range. They seemed to genuinely care about providing a quality car. They gave us car fax without being asked and when I had questions about what we were seeing in the report they contacted the previous owner with me to get answers and provide reassurance. Sales Consultant Sondra, General Manager Richard and Finance Manger Rick were all extremely pleasant. I feel they went above and beyond for my daughter which was very much appreciated. Well worth the 2 hour drive !

highly recommend jack vw! what a refreshing dealership experience. everyone was extremely helpful, patient, and easy to talk to. i never once felt like i was sitting there pointlessly (we all know this is a thing when purchasing a vehicle!). i will absolutely choose them for future purchases and look forward to doing business with them again. shout out to joe and rick!

Excellent follow up, POOR execution.
I contacted this dealership through the automated website inquiring about if a car was available and what the warranty was for used cars. It was early on in my car shopping and I contacted many local dealers about their warranties. I then started receiving many calls. I can’t answer my phone at work due to the nature of my healthcare job. I typically assume if it’s important I will have a voicemail waiting. I checked my email for the first time today since that day over 3 weeks ago. This was the email (the last of 4) received from the associate who I’m sure tried to call me multiple times. While an attempt at being professional was clearing made addressing my lack of reciprocation, it definitely could have been written in a less accusatory manner of trying to evade him. It turned me off completely. I’d hope not all of the associates talk to customers this way when the customer isn't able to answer phone calls, isn’t comfortable answering unknown numbers, or if they’re like me and check their email once a month (if I’m lucky). If he had left me a voicemail I would have gladly called him back. Dylan my friend, this came across as a poor attempt at a manipulative guilt trip. Leave a voicemail! Also if you had your read receipts on you’d see today was the first time I’d opened an email from you. Do better. I’ll be looking for a car elsewhere.
