Excellent service as always as I’ve come to expect. I appreciated the short lead time - 1 day only - for my appointment. In and out quickly first thing in the morning for my routine service. The service team took good care of my baby (‘20 Mustang GT)! Jesse on the service team informed me I had accumulated ‘points’ which I wasn’t aware of. Great integrity there…!

These guys are amazing! My vehicle was giving me trouble, and I was able to have an appointment the same day! An extensive amount of work needed to be completed, but the guys at Ira Ford were able to have everything completed for me in a week, and even dropped my vehicle off to me at work!! Highly recommend

I am posting this here because no one responded to me! So here’s the email I sent them!My vehicle was at your shop for 127 days when I got it back it has many problem as the list followRemote starter doesn’t workAir conditioner doesn’t workMissing two screws in the roof linerMissing rear climate controlMissing Cover plate on the back of the radioLoose bolts in driver seatRusting under front seatsBroken/missing plastic clipsCracked front bumperSticky residue on window frameI’m sure there’s other things I haven’t found yet! I want to remind you this vehicle was only six months old brand new when it was dropped off at your shop! I’m beyond disgusted with the service department clearly has no integrity for there work! Whoever was in charge of this vehicle should be fired ! I can only assume there’s rust under my seats due to rain getting in my vehicle over the summer One time i showed up there and it was torrential down pouring out with rain going in my vehicle I even have a video of this incident I don’t wanna assume but it wouldn’t surprise me if the window motors are all rusted as well! bolts loose under the driver seat like this is unacceptable and a safety hazard! I paid $68,000 for this vehicle waited a year and a half to get it for my family! I am furious how my vehicle was treated in your shops care! $24,000 repair bill and that’s how I get my vehicle back! Let me know how you would feel if that was your vehicle!!! I look forward to speaking to you!

Herb Johnson in Service was very helpful every step of the way when my 2011 Mustang GT broke down..he kept me informed through everything. Even though the Mustang was not purchased there, (but we have 2 other vehicles currently purchased from IRA)..he still treated me with great customer service. A big help getting my baby fixed in a timely manner. I will keep using IRA for this car..thank you for everything!!!

Very good experience. In and out for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection in less than an hour. This first oil change was free from a promotion offered by the dealership. Thought I may have to pay for the tire rotation but there was no charge for that either. I’ll be back for the next scheduled maintenance.

The employees I dealt with in the service department were top notch. We are traveling from out of town and they treated us like long time customers. We were informed daily of the progress on our vehicle and given a ride when it was determined the work would be longer than a day. I highly recommend Ira Ford.

Outstanding service!! We were on vacation when the wheel bearing went. We showed up late in the day without an appointment. They had diagnosed the problem the next day at 1pm and had the vehicle fixed the following morning. Great service from Herb to Paul, and the entire team. Would highly recommend.

Joe Frechette and his team at IRA Ford in Saco were outstanding. They kept me up to date on the purchase order and delivery date and when it came in made sure everything was set up properly. It was a breeze to pick up quickly and did not try to cross sell or upsell anything in the final process. Highly recommend!

Had problems getting scheduled at another Ford dealer so decided to try Ira. Used online scheduling tool to book a day later arrived at 8am they took truck right away sent text messages along the way. Just simple 10k maintenance but very happy with service and team there.

I am so happy I was finally able to get my motorhome serviced. Just needed an oil change and a tire balance. When I scheduled my service the day before my appointment. I had asked if they could get it done within the day and they made it happen. I was so grateful for everything they did for us, and I’m very satisfied with the price as well.

I bought a truck from them and almost immediately had transmition issues. The extended warranty is simply taking far to long to process and I may need an attorney soon. They seem to get annoyed when I ask for updates but also seem to have forgotten about it and need to be reminded. Also the fact that they don't check vehicles before sale doesn't seem right.

I got my car worked on because it was leaking water into the car. I told them it was most likely the AC system. It went in at 7:45 in the morning and they called me at 4:55 (5 minutes before it closed) and told me it was ready. I called them back the next morning to let them know I would be in after work. I showed up to get my car and they lost my keys and my car. The sales department thought it was a trade in and was getting ready to take picture to resell it (even though all my stuff was in it).

PSA - Buyers BewareIf we could leave a zero star review we would have. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and utter disappointment with the recent experience I had at your dealership. As a potential customer who was genuinely interested in purchasing a used $52k Ford Raptor from your establishment, I was shocked and appalled by the unprofessional and unethical conduct displayed by the general manager and sales representative (feel free to reach out if you need names).On July 3rd 2023, I contacted your dealership and spent considerable time discussing details on a 2020 Ford Raptor you had on your lot that was transferred from your Toyota location roughly four months ago. Encouraged by the positive interaction with your sales representative and general manager, I expressed my intention to purchase and on the 5th of July offered to put a deposit on it while you were checking on an open recall and additional pictures requested as I was buying from out of state and was going to have it picked up.To my absolute dismay, I found out from a friend that the truck I intended to purchase had been sold to someone else on the 6th of July for $1000 more. This abrupt and unexpected turn of events left me deeply frustrated. It is unfathomable to comprehend how a customer who expressed a clear intention to purchase as well as offered to the general manager to put a deposit down on the truck could be treated in such a callous manner.The blatant disregard for customer loyalty and the absence of any genuine effort to honor our agreement is nothing short of outrageous. This incident has not only wasted my time and energy but has also caused inconvenience, as I had already begun making arrangements based on the expectation of acquiring the vehicle and missed out on two other Raptors that were on the market.Furthermore, this incident has severely damaged my perception of your dealership's credibility and professionalism. I can no longer trust your organization to act in an ethical and transparent manner. Your disregard for customer satisfaction and failure to honor a committed transaction demonstrates a complete lack of integrity. I will be sure to pass on the news that potential buyers should find another dealership to work with.
