Excellent Service Experience with Prime Ford. Was able to schedule service appointment online easily and was able to book same week. Used the after hours key drop which fit into work schedule. Service advisor was pleasant and professional and handled checkout. Technician resolved issue! Would definitely recommend.

Bought my used 21 jeep wrangler little over a month ago. The sales woman amy was great she tried her best to do what she was able to on a late Saturday afternoon she gets 5 stars. But unfortunately I had several hard pulls on my credit and was told they were looking for the best interest rate. The hard pulls were not disclosed and they did 7 of them. Due to this I am having issues with my credit and had none prior.

IRA Saco Ford——Drove in to look at vehicles and was approached by Billy who answered all my questions & more. Drove home a Bronco Sport much to my surprise. Great service, not pushy at all. Very informative salesman and finance service went smoothly by Mike.

I had stopped by Ira Ford Saco about 6 weeks ago to look at a specific model. I happened to arrive just after they had closed for the evening, but one of the sales people -- Josh Hatch -- was getting ready to leave for the evening but took a few minutes to chat with me. I explained what I was looking for, and he mentioned they didn't have anything that matched my preferences at that time, but we exchanged business cards and he said he'd call me if he got one in like I wanted. Somewhat to my surprise, the other day -- like 6 weeks later -- Josh called me and said they had a vehicle very similarly equipped to what I wanted. I scooted down to the dealership, test drove it, and bought it that evening. Josh and all the Ira Ford Saco staff were great to work with as we went through the sales process. If you're looking for a new (or used) Ford, I would definitely recommend that you consider checking with Josh or the others at Ira Ford Saco. I'm very pleased with my purchase experience and will certainly consider buying from them again in the future, if/when I need another vehicle in the future.
