“Have never had an issue. Postmen are all kind and walk our mail to the box on the house. Have gone into the post office a few times and people are always kind. Never too long of a line, but some of that may be the luck of time times I go in. I suspect they have normal rush times at the holidays. Conveniently located.”

“Staff were very busy handling passports for a large family when a customer in line became overly impatient and confrontational. Staff handled the situation professionally”

“I went to South Portland and then Portland post offices and they were terrible. I took a chance and swung in to the Scarborough post office and was blown away by the positive staff and the wonderful service. I'll be mailing all my stuff out of Scarborough from now on.”

“I've been visiting this post office for 9 years now and it's always been a pleasant experience. Mailing out parcels is a breeze and the clerks are always helpful in determining the best rates and shipping speed for my needs. I love the friendly atmosphere and how the employees remember and greet me each time I visit. A great post office overall!!!”

“One of the better USPS I’ve been delivered and picked up from. Everyone is kind and fast. Major con is that they require you to carry 12 loading straps AND A LOCK. My broker/dispatch only made it clear that I needed straps. Had a minor issue with that but everyone being so nice made up for USPS stupid rules. Literally only used 2 straps.”

“I am utterly confused by the low ratings for this post office. I have been there several times and the folks there are nothing short of terrific and it also seems there are quite a few regulars who have good relationships with them. I get my mail and packages regularly and even when I had lost my slip for a package that needed a signature, the clerk was cracking jokes with me. In any case, thanks for all you do. I appreciate you!”

“This is a post office annex and believe it or not employees deserve a lunch break which is from 12-1pm I'm not certain why anyone is complaining but believe me, if you had their job I don't think its going to be all rainbows and unicorns. The employees work hard so be sure to show some consideration and be grateful for the time that they are open or go wait in a long line at the other branch. The choice is yours”
