Previous manager of the saco location was great. New owner is a scam artist. Failed my car. Got it fixed and returned and car failed again for something different that another shop said was not wrong with it. He quoted me as a 1k fix. I booked my inspection for a wait and told me would be ready about 9. I asked if I could drop my car off the night before and pick up about 9. I showed up about 9 and he was rude and said he didn't get to it and where it was left he assumed it was there all day and now it's past my appointment time . I am not returning

Always make sure to check your vehicle over really well before driving away from the shop! If I had done that I would have noticed it had a small dent in the front right fender. I wish these shops would be more careful with customers vehicles.

Popped my tire down road from Paulins. Gave Paulin's a call right as they were closing. Mark Paulin proceeded to come out to where I was stuck with my popped tire, assisted me with jacking up my car and even helped replace the tire with my spare. He insisted I come back to the shop to fill the spare with it's proper air pressure. They then immediately helped with getting a new tire ordered for my vehicle which at this time was after hours. I was already a big fan of their work and service they've done on my cars in the past. This just further cements their dedication and commitment to providing amazing customer service. They have an amazing team there and I will always recommend Paulins!

While I have only been here two times, both times were for relatively minor and quick things, such as tires going flat, and inspections. That being said, I still felt the need to leave a review, because it’s not common these days to be able to go to the same place and get a similar/same experience every time, but Paulins in Saco is just that.
Not only do I feel like the entire crew has been friendly and down to earth, I was also able to express my concerns and they were able to look right into them, and solve them. They have also come off as completely honest every single engagement, and have been able to squeeze me in first thing or end of day for my quick issues.
The key point is, there’s a reason these guys have cars in and out of their lot very frequently, as well as having a fairly excellent google rating. They do honest work, they don’t screw around, and they don’t try to screw you over and upsell you on a million things you don’t need (looking at you, VIP). If you have ever been to one of those types of repair shops, you know exactly what I mean, and nobody’s got time for that.
So if you’re looking for auto repair, tire repair, inspections etc, these are definitely the guys to do business with 100%

These guys are always fair and has several times fit me in without appointments. Down to earth crew that never tries to take advantage of customers. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Honest and quickVery pleased with the services I received. Friendly, honest, and quick are words that come to mind when thinking back on my experiences with Paulins. I hope that whoever owns/operates this shop values the staff that work there.

Came here for a second opinion on a quote I was given. They were so professional and helpful. Wrote everything down for me to bring to a transmissions place and even recommended the best ones.I’ll definitely be back for any other things I need done.

These guys are awesome! They got me in for tire mounting in half the wait time of anyone else I called and they charged a bit less the others too. I will definitely go back next time I need tire stuff. They do great work too.
