I had an odd thing happen with my driver's side power window switch. I made an appointment and as it was taking longer to trace the problem on a Friday afternoon I was given a loaner to keep until my car was fixed. It was fixed by Sat at noon and even though my car was 3 months out of warranty, Patriot Subaru covered the cost of the repair and the loaner. This is my second car from them and the service is great. Also, I've stopped in many times when my car was new to get help figuring out some of the technology and someone has always come out and patiently shown me how to do stuff...much easier than reading the 200 page owner's manual. Thank you for great service Patriot Subaru. And your charity work is awesome too!

Lexi was awsome! Second dealership I went to and way better experience here. No pressure at all. The other dealership was high pressure and between my daughter and myself knew three people there personally and still made no difference in treatment. Would highly recommend patriot especially Lexi! Got a safe car for my daughter and happy with the purchase. Even the finance guy (not sure of his name, sorry) was awsome which is unheard of anywhere! Will go back there for my next purchase and no where else!

I recently had an exceptional experience with Matt Rieders. Matt had extensive knowledge about the different models of the car I was considering and took the time to thoroughly explain the features of each vehicle to help me make an informed decision based on my preferences and needs. Matt demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, patiently answering all my questions and addressing any concerns in a friendly and timely manner. When I purchased my Subaru, the sales rep was great, excellent buying experience. However, I would not recommend the service center. They told me that my oil was over filled last time it was serviced (by them) to the point that it was bad for the car… When I asked how to make sure that doesn’t happen again, they said that it was my responsibility to check each time to make sure it was done properly and ask at each appointment that the mechanic not over fill my oil. Customer service in the service department is also hit or miss, the last representative I dealt with was extremely rude. Again, my buying experience was great, but I would recommend taking your Subaru to be serviced somewhere more knowledgeable and reliable.

I would recommend this to anyone in the area, regardless if you own a Subaru or not!I had an excellent experience buying a used car. My sales rep Sara was very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't praise her enough for her ability to provide reasonable options and answers to all of my questions and needs throughout the process.The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and transparent. I never felt like I was being pushed around or cheated out of my money.I am happy to support this business because of the way they do business. This is a place that treats their customers with sincere respect to make a fair deal.I wish more dealerships, and businesses in general, would follow their lead.

Aaron made my routine maintenance experience painless and easy. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I saw some bad reviews on Google about this dealership and I was relieved to find that I didn’t have those same problems. Even the other two service techs that helped check me out after Aaron went home were lovely. I will be using them again.

I just purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness from Patriot Subaru. The buying experience was excellent. I worked with Joe Nason on a deal for the purchase of the new vehicle and the trade of my existing car. The pricing was very reasonable and Joe was very easy to work with. When picking the vehicle up I worked with Holly Pritchard. She was so nice. She explained every detail about the new vehicles features (very impressive). I can’t say enough about the buying experience at Patriot Subaru. It was first rate and I highly recommend them (A++).

2ND BAD experience with patriot Subaru, this summer with A/C not working properly, after paying for a Diagnostic And added Freon to the system ,Still blowing warm air , Next time back the Third time And Charged again for freon , We're did it go ? it gets Recovered! Next BAD EXPERIENCE set up an a for a water leak , Asked if we could drop the car off in The Am We did that. car was never looked at till 5:00 PM NOT Fixed , ALSO SHOWED THEM WERE THE LEAK WAS ! How Ignorant What ever happened to at least listen to the Customer ! VINCENT SEABOYER .

I went into Patriot Subaru to be warmly greeted by Holly over this past weekend. I know I wanted to get a Impreza Hatchback because I had a 2016 model back in the day and absolutely fell in love with it.I let Holly know that and she thoroughly went through all the models of the Impreza for me which is extremely helpful. Ill admit, at first I didn't know what model of Impreza I wanted, but I quickly learned I wanted a moon roof and more features that the base model, which we were originally looking, at didn't offer. Holly told me all about the Sport model which did have all the features I wanted but unfortunately didn't have this model in stock at the moment and would take around a month to get.So we then explored the RS model and it honestly seemed to good to be true. Holly explained everything about the car and was so professional about everything. I ended up getting the RS model and its truly an amazing car.I would highly recommend going here and working with Holly was absolutely amazing. Cullen explained all the features of the car and helped sync my phone to my car and was extremely helpful. The finance manager, Will was also very professional and made the paperwork incredibly easy and fast. 11/10 will go here for life. Thank you for helping me get my new dream car.

The environment has a homey ambiance and all the staff we worked with were so friendly and helpful. Best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership in 7 decades! Bought my legacy through patriot. Great dealership overall.For awhile was going to another mechanic just to cut the costs down for any work needed which on the long run turned into more of a hassle and more money so I’ve recently over the summer gone back to patriot for all services on my vehicle. I’ve been dealing with Jackie for all my appointments and she’s been AMAZING time and time again she’s gone above and far beyond for me to help me out. It’s guaranteed she’ll always make sure all your needs are met and then some. Would recommend dealing with her 10/10 to anyone going there.

I highly recommend Corey in sales and Patriot Subaru. We have previously purchased two new Subarus at the other local Subaru dealership but we had a terrible experience this time so we gave Patriot a try.Patriot beat the previous trade-in offer by over $1,000. Additionally we were incorrectly told at the first dealer that in order to have remote start we'd have to buy a more expensive trim and pay for a subscription service. Corey let us know that's not true. For a fraction of that cost, no trim upgrade or subscription required, he added that feature to our car.After we got a quote for our trade-in we waited a few weeks for the new 2024 Crosstrek to arrive. The old Subaru started having new issues including a flat tire! It was a very stressful time. Corey was so upbeat and in the end they honored our original trade-in quote! For that we have to credit the Sales Manager David and his adorable dog, Fury. David enabled Corey to make the whole process low-stress, fun, and within our financial guidelines.The 2024 Crosstrek is a beautiful car and they will be getting repeat business from us. (I want one now, this is my husband's!)

We bought our car here and bring it for service here as well. The buying experience took a long time because of all our questions and negotiations but the saleswoman was very patient with us. Overall it was a very good experience. I do wish some more information about prices were given to us at the beginning but I undersatand they're here to make money, it's a business.Their service department is incredible. They are incredibly effient. You are greeted right away by multiple hosts and everything is taken care of for you. They have a nice waiting room and an outside area. I've had nothing but really good experiences there.

Tony was candid I believe, though hard to imagine no Crosstreks in NE...still found the experience pain free despite website saying 4.9APR but neglecting to say that is if you finance for 3 years....who does that??? My stellar credit rating of 802 should have gotten me some sort of deal, but I have learned that you don't end out ahead often, like the dealer in poker they have hand!

We just purchased a new forester from Mike Avery yesterday and we can’t say enough about how happy we were with the process and the extremely relaxed atmosphere. We never felt rushed or pressured and thanks to Will Stergis in finance for making the paperwork easy and fast and also thanks to Cullen for showing us the tech in the car. Will absolutely be back and will recommend Patriot Subaru to anyone who needs a car.
