“My new physician is based out of these offices.
The staff was helpful, efficient and pleasant. The nurse for Dr. Roberts is extraordinarily knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Dr. Roberts herself is also fantastic.
Why 4/5 stars? It’s slightly superficial but:
The look of InterMed has a stark and weird feeling to me, with the out of date brown walls etc. it’s not that important but I notice I feel a bit uncomfortable when an atmosphere is off.”
“I went in to get some bloodwork done and I was in and out in 10 minutes! They were so efficient and the procedure was as painless as it could be! All the staff were friendly and professional!”
“I have teeny veins and it’s a legit challenge getting my blood drawn. It took a few tries and a few phlebotomists, but they did it! I found everyone to be very sweet, patient,professional, compassionate, and nice to chat with. It wasn’t a stressful environment, which I really appreciated.I saw other reviews mentioning the music…it was turned down to a pretty low volume, and I actually heard a patient compliment it on their way out. I didn’t mind it at all.Wait time was about 30 minutes on a weekday at 7:25am. I’ve heard weekends are the busiest time, so best to avoid.”

“It's one branch of a large hospital system which I find convenient since all my doctors have all my records. Having multiple doctors on site means you can get an appointment sooner with another provider if your PCP isn't available. And all of the doctors, nurses, techs and office staff are incredibly compassionate, friendly and helpful.”
