Twice we have ordered and paid online and been given a pickup time. When we arrived to get our sandwiches they didn't know anything about our order and took a while to prepare our order. We waited for a half an hour for an order that was supposed to be ready. Ridiculous!

Worker was very curt and unprofessional. She made a big deal about grilling a sub within the last five minutes. The sandwich came out very bad, and her bad personality really manifested in the production of it.

Unless you're the first or second customer of the day or don't have any time constraints you're better off driving the extra 15 minutes to Scarborough. Tried this place 3x....Online orders were not ready when they were supposed to be by a considerable amount of time. The third and final time, I didn't receive the correct sandwich. I will not go back to this location.

Oh my, not sure where to start. Three teenagers working, one boy sneezed in my sandwich, 2 girls standing gossiping and not working. Not a manager in sight. Clearly there has been no training or management guidance.I don’t blame the kids, I blame the manager for not being there. I think I’d rather drive to Scarborough for my Jersey Mikes.

Overall this place was good. My only complaint (and seems like most others have complained about this also) I Waited almost 20 minutes after pick up time...I'd avoid mobile order and go in. The line inside was faster.

I was there in early February 2024. I'm GF, so I chose to have the Italian in a bowl. The attendant was ok but had no personality and had a dour look on his face the entire time he was serving me. Nice portion of meats and provolone. I asked for all toppings except pepperoncini, I think, and the attendant still kept asking me which toppings I wanted after adding each one. I skipped the shredded lettuce because iceberg is not my thing because it's all water. I used my own romaine lettuce when I got home. I was curious about the ingredients in their deli meats because on their website, they make a point of stating that there's no Nitrites/Nitrates in their turkey breast. BUT ALL of their pork deli meats (ham, cappicola, salami, pepperoni, and proscuitto) have Nitrites /Nitrites in them. Not sur if there is preservatives in the RB. So, because of this, I will no longer be ordering from Jersey Mike's. Sorry, because even though I had to add my own lettuce, it made a pretty good salad for dinner. I also suggest you try hiring CS staff that are friendly and outgoing. It makes people return.

waiting for orders that haven’t been touched in half an hour. have been here waiting for an hour. order was supposed to be ready at 4:10. it’s 5:03 and it hasn’t been touched. i saw my name in the pile of slips that haven’t been looked at was tossed into the pile. person doing the to go didn’t even bother asking who was waiting. i asked about my orders. he proceeded to just say it was going to take a few more minutes it’s been 20 minutes. managers came in. saw how busy it was and no help. guess they don’t care about their stores reputation or workers. lettuce in a bucket on the floor, unsanitary i would get yelled at my restaurant if food was in a bucket on the ground. doesn’t deserve 1 star in my opinion. never coming back to this location again

Sitting here watching four online orders being ignored while they pump out in-house ones. If people are ordering online, they're almost definitely on a tight time schedule and should be prioritized to be completed at the time it states upon ordering.This is typical in all quick service establishments.Additionally, the way one of the employees just spoke to an older gentleman because he didn't automatically know what 'Mike's Way' meant was appalling.This establishment does not line up with what can be expected at any other Jersey Mike's I've been to.What a bummer.Vegetarian options: Abysmal

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE... our online order was due to be finished at 5:43, and we arrived right on time. They then proceeded to work on walk ins for 20 minutes before they worked on ours, in addition to working on other online orders that were due to be finished as much as 15 minutes after ours. When we tried to bring this up to the employees we were brushed aside or ignored multiple times. We'd have left 15 minutes earlier if we had simply shown up and ordered in store.
