Looking for a new car after a total loss crash was a very stressful time in my life. I went to several shady dealerships and really started to feel hopeless. Then I came to Jack’s, where I had bought my previous car. It was a relief to be in an environment that felt familiar and that I knew sold reliable cars! And I won’t forget Jeff Slaton, who was incredibly kind, patient, and made me laugh! He made me feel at ease during this whole car buying process, which I am very thankful for. He had the car cleaned and ready to go for me when I came to pick it up. I love my used RAV4, and so far I haven’t had any major problems with it. The next time I need a car, the first thing I’ll do is go to Jack’s!

I am so disappointed to buy this vehicle with this dealership. First of all, when I bought this vehicle, I had problems getting the title delivered. I needed the title to register the vehicle in another state since I moved. The agent super rude, that we couldn't register it where I lived only in Maine. He contacted through my insurance agent explaining the situation, he hung up the phone on us. He didn't want to talk to us, when it was literally his job to give us the title of the car I bought. Also, the car is garbage, he said that it was inspected and that it was in good condition for sale. After 3 months, I had to change many things from the engine. 5 months later another damage. Total under repair more than 5.000. It turns out that it was damaged again, and I decided to sell it. When I go to sell it, I realize that this vehicle has a branded title because exceeds mechanical limits. Nobody said anything to me about it, it shows that they wanted to get out of the vehicle at once.I do not recommend anyone to buy their vehicle in this place. Total disappointment.

Only giving 2 stars because, although the initial buying experience was okay, the used car that I bought from them one year ago was just inspected and after putting less than 10,000 miles on the car, I need to replace the tires, brakes, catalytic converter, tie rod, and a coolant hose that is leaking. Total bill comes to $2.8k.

We were drawn to Jacks to check out a different vehicle, and when she did not like the performance steering of that car, she did find a manual shift Subaru that she just loves!Thank you both for your patience and good humor.It was a pleasure buying a car from you today.Anthony was very responsive to my first on line inquiry, and got the entire deal done in less than 24 hours. Mike and Anthony were great to work with. Both were friendly and had good senses of humor. Used the copilot app to narrow my search and know a good deal. In this awful car market, that app helped point me to Jack’s for the good deal. Found my outback with a manual transmission, which are tough to find. Yay Jack’s.

After reading all of the 5 star reviews, I ended up going with Jack's Value Outlet since the prices seemed really fair. I sort of wish I went another route now.Unfortunately, a couple weeks after the purchase, I ended up moving to a different state (which was part of my discussion I had with the salesman there), which is where everything started to go downhill. To get the car on the road, I needed a document that they had, and despite different insurance companies and banks calling them for this specific document, they weren't helping, and instead, being incredibly rude. I don't know if I was speaking to the owner, or if the various callers from both my insurance company and the bank were, but the person on the other side of the phone was either uneducated on what they're supposed to do in this given situation, or just to be frank, purposely being useless. So now I'm left wondering if it's worth the hassle keeping this car, or hoping the company cooperates with me in giving the document I'm seeking that they are in possession of.Either way, this is a rare Google review from me, but out of all the frustration I've been dealing with today, I felt it was necessary to warn others of a potential headache coming their way. I'm all about supporting little dealerships, but I'd avoid this one.

Jack's Value outlet is amazing. I bought a 2015 Chevy traverse and the car runs with no issues and the car buying process is no troubles at all.

I am super happy with my experience at this dealership! Chris was really helpful and gave us a really great deal! We spoke with the mechanic as well who was very knowledgable and also very helpful. I will definitely be a long term customer here. I have been to many dealerships in my search for a quality used car and here at Jack's I felt listened to and valued as a customer. No bull, just good honest people.
