I have no Problem with Fedex, UPS, or the postal service. I have worked for one of these companies and I can tell you, from package handling to delivery these are not easy jobs.

I just spoke with Laine(sp?) and Tim from the Saco Fed Ex ground location. They provided excellent customer service regarding a package that I requested be held for me. They are patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Thank you both for your excellent customer service!
