We arrived at 11:15am this morning to open a new personal account. There were 3 employees in the bank and no customers. We were told, with attitude, to come back at 1pm because they would be taking lunch soon. We left and went to the Bank of America next door (technically on the other side of Wendy’s.). Bank of America was as very helpful and we had our new account by noon. I strongly suggest avoiding the Saco, Maine Chase branch.
