We had our Golf cart brought up for tie rod repairs. Eric was so attentive to our situation. He got it in asap and he even delivered it back to us. Very reasonable price. Went above and beyond customer service. Will be back for future service or sales

Inventory is great. Customer service is not, especially if you’re older. I got my cart with no problem, but over a 2-week period was sent 2 different parts (I’d already paid for it) that didn’t fit my cart. Despite telling Eric Q. this and asking to see the second part installed IN the cart I bought, he brushed me off and said this was definitely the right part, and sent me on my way. He told me to call if there were any more problems.
I didn’t know he’d given me a number provided by an app that usually doesn’t work, so when I tried calling it rang 4 times and stopped. When I was finally able to get through, I left him a voicemail saying the new part didn’t work. He NEVER called me back.
Were it not for going by several times, and also a male friend going by, I probably still wouldn’t have the right part. Eric’s explanation was that the enclosure on my cart was different and he hadn’t realized that, despite having ALL the paperwork on my cart. He just couldn’t be bothered, he was so excited about their new carts and big contracts.

Worked with Christian at the Saco, Maine location. He was able to answer all my questions regarding going from gas to an electric cart. Having lots of inventory on the lot was great to get an idea of what I wanted. The purchase and sale was super easy as well. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in buying a cart.

Order cart..two to four week delivery...after a month of no responses..finally got limited answers..cart showed up after two months ..took another month to maybe get the street model registered..still waiting on a plate...acceleration not constant... Avoiding calls again... May want to think twice about buying...want to sell back to company...not happy at all with purchase...
