I booked a service appt in late June and was scheduled for 7/15 @ 1:00 pm. Upon arrival, I was told that my appt was not on the schedule. The man on the service desk was not very nice but offered to work me in but I would have to wait. I waited. My car was ready in 1/2 hour. I was scheduled by another man on the srevice desk for a follow up appt on 7/31 because a part has to be ordered. Upon leaving, I thanked the man who checked me in for his help and he just responded with a dirty look.

Honestly not impressed, they had my car for just about a month and fixed some minor issues/maintenance. Air conditioning worked perfectly fine before I brought it in, got my car back and ac does not work at all. Called back next day and asked if they could look at it and maybe see if they forgot to connect something and wouldn’t even do that. They were going to charge me if they looked at it and told me to check the fuses and try recharging it. Tried recharging it and found out that wasn’t the issue and that it needed to be looked at by a licensed technician. The ac wouldn’t just break sitting in the parking lot for a month. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I am very pleased with the service I received at this facility on 6/17/2024. Both of the men I dealt with were friendly and helpful. When I described the problem with my car, they quickly zeroed in on its likely cause, ran diagnostics, fixed the problem, and sent me on my way as a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this dealership.

Went in for recent recall info notice, and an inspection sticker. Work was done much sooner than was expected, car was washed, and inspection was included with the Bill Dodge Rewards Program which is free. The E brake now engages automatically when you turn the car off and exit which is good.
The service technician was professional and courteous. He explained the tire depth and brake pad thickness readings from the multi-point inspection which was appreciated. There is also water and a TV with decent cable while you wait. Overall good experience.
