it is not exceptional, it is the same like every other branches of BAs in which one enters by seeing one of the tellers greeting like waiter, reminds one ordering food. They neither hire robots nor humans and the only teller in the booth is questioning customers like someone out on streets if the customer won't have a DL.

My dad went into the Saco, Me.Bank of America branch today. He is 86 years young and he had a very lovely, kind, generous young lady that assisted him with all of his needs. The tellers are wicked nice and the lobby is always clean.
