I bought a G7 Hot tub and LOVE IT! Tub came with all the bells and whistles. Sitting in 103 degree bliss in the dead of a Maine winter at night is incredible. Camden, that runs the shop in Saco, has been amazing. Thanks!!!!

Cam was really great to collaborate with during our purchase. He was easy to speak to and very knowledgeable. He took the time to work with us and find a hot tub that fit within our wants and price range. If you are in the market or thinking of possibly purchasing a unit, give Cam a call. Aqua Living wasn’t even on our radar when we started our spa search. We started our Google search just solely for research purposes. A picture of the G2 Spa popped up, so I clicked the link. Brought me to the Aqua Living website. I filled out the pop up (took less than 2 minutes) then went about my browsing. Shortly after I got a text message from Camden, the area sales person. He asked me a few questions, and I let him know the stages that we were in and he respected the timeline. A few days later, we caught up. He happened to have exactly what we wanted. The G2 with every option available. A couple of phone calls and 3 days later, we had our spa. Great warranty on parts and service. I did the set up myself since I had already prepared a location.
The gentleman that delivered the tub dropped it right where I asked.
Cam was the easiest dude to work with. Not pushy or overbearing. Didn’t feel salesy or hokey. I’d recommend anyone to check them out!

After doing research and shopping around we went with Camden at Aqua Living and couldn’t be happier. The fact that they actually list every model on their website including pricing is perfect since the other stores don’t. We purchased the Catalina Berkshire over the summer and it’s everything we wanted and more. A comparable model was over 20k at the place in Rye and didn’t even have Bluetooth! He was super helpful and made the process easy from the start. If you’re in the market for a hot tub, there isn’t anywhere else around that even comes close. Highly recommend.

Salesman was super nice, whole process was very easy, the only thing I would warn people about is the time it takes to get the tub is about a month or two, but we saved 4,000 by getting out tub here, setup was also super easy.

Purchased hot tub, cost $625.00 for delivery. They were saposed to setup wipe down and educate me on the tub. They stated they just deliver. After one week of electrical being connected the lights don't work and temperature control display ìs going crazy. Warning do not purchase an aqua spa.Since this bad experience the company provided a technician who fixed the problem. Everyone has been over the top to make sure I'm happy with my hot tub. They could not do enough to help. Lesson learned have patience.

I bought a hottub from the Saco Factory Outlet in Nov.22We use it everyday. It's very efficient, my electric bill didn't go up too much. It is well worth it. I got a great deal, they gave me free stairs.The delivery guys placed it where I wanted it. I'll tell my friends and neighbors.

Unfortunately, I need to update this review . My tub needs servicing and this is where Aqua Living fails miserably. Waiting almost 2 months for panel repairs from delivery damage, now the tub no longer heats and after making another warranty claim it’s been a week and a half with no response. Brett was good to deal with but I’m unimpressed with support and customer service.

What a great sales experience with Brett Seymour at the Saco, ME showroom. Brett properly set expectations on the difference between buying from a manufacturer versus a retailer. I’ve already recommended Aqua Living and Brett to several friends. Can’t wait for the hot tub to come in and have no reason to expect to be anything less than fully satisfied with my purchase.

Worse experience ever !! If you want to be lied to nurmous times by sales rep and company this the place to go !! We are paying for a hot tub we dont even have !!
