Cody and Andrew were the technicians that installed the washer and dryer combo. Agrens has a system were you can track where the techs are on their way to your place. The techs were personable and efficient and did a great job!

My experience was great. The order was taken by Kevin Shrader and he ironed out the details.
Delivery professionals, Quinn and Steve got my furniture in safely through the 29 " doorway, which was no small feat.
Overall, my experience was as expected, super company to work with.

It’s a rare thing these days to find such top notch service. Agren sent Dominic out to fix our 13 year capital oven and he knew just what was wrong and how to fix it. He was courteous and capable. I won’t call anyone but Agren when we have appliances that need repair.

Agren recently acquired formerly Steve’s Appliance in Sidney and I was skeptical if the service would match that of Steve’s of which my family has done business with since he first opened on the Quaker Road. The service was excellent; I had a repair issue after install of my new dishwasher and the help was handled as timely and professional as the former ownership would have. Appreciate it and will be back!
