I was asked by the owner Norm to bring my car for inspection and he would put me on the list to have my convertible top done on my VW Cabriolet. After a month I called him and he told me that he was going to check with his supplier on the materials and pricing and would get back to me. I waited another month and called back again. This time he couldn’t find my vehicle in his computer. He took the information again and never returned my call. I would say that the communication and attention to details are very poor.

Do not use these guys. They will bait and switch you on material. They use the cheapest fasteners and not stainless steel. The father and son went to Home Depot and actually used electrical conduit for the bimini frame. And thought they would get away with it. Top has holes from screws rubbing on it. Didn't measure correctly resulting in unnecessary holes drilled in gunnel. I can go on and on. Absolute disaster working with both of these clowns. These "men" are not honest people. I was lied to throughout this whole ordeal. They drilled into and broke my windshield. He calls me up joking about it! Then trys to tell me my boat is 20 years old based on the VIN - Huh what!? it was 2 years old at the time. That was another dishonest dealing. Run from thus place as fast as you can.
