Car washed last Friday have noticed scratches on the interior one big one on the infotainment screen as well as the hood.. The car is white and not understanding how they could have messed it up. Regret coming here as the car now will need professional attention. Never again!

30$ dollars for a low quality car wash oh hell no. Will never in my life step a foot inside here. Did not wash car right and still left trash. They take forever and by the way they broke my trunk handle and did not take responsibility at all. Got here at 4:20pm and left here at 6:10 on a Wednesday!!! bro never again. Asian guy will not give your money back ! He called the cops on me because he didn't want to be responsible at all! DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL !!!

**Updated after owner response** Initial charge of $10 was indeed updated to $4. Clear signage about pricing per minute and the initial $10 hold would be very helpful. Didn't realize that wasn't an Yvons anymore, despite the signage. Pile of sand near the drain, despite posted instruction to not do that. Next time I'll choose the cleanest bay.

Disappointed they didn't have an automatic bay. It was below freezing and I didn't want to spend any time with a pressure washer outside of my car.

I paid extra because my car is wide which I never been charged for before. I've came here for 3-4 years and disappointed they didn't even wash my car. Look at it for yourself and tell me if it's washed. They didn't even offer me a refund ??? This place changed.

The customer service here is the worst, the girl at the cashier is extremely rude it's a shame because they actually do wash the car good and I'm a regular but I won't be coming back just to avoid that bad attitude she has.

The quality of service is not as good anymore. These are my observations based on my personal experiences, and I've been here many, many times. I live 5 minutes away from this place. Staffing is the issue. I understand it's difficult as a business owner to hire ppl when the economy is suffering, but the problem is the workers are doing too much at the same time, and because of this, the quality of their work is not as good as before. Employees are working as fast and as much as they can. I give them that. I'm not trying to scare customers away, but I'm going to start washing my car at the gas station car wash; I'll be getting the same results faster and cheaper. I'll continue to stop by from time to time to see if things change. I don't want this place to close, and I don't wish these hard-working ppl to lose their jobs either. Also, just throwing it out there, a friendly host or cashier can make a massive difference in the customer's experience. A warm welcome can go a long way. I was saying.I have an update; now they have a new host whose attitude is identical to the previous host, not friendly and rude. I'm still not thrilled about the service; I hope the owner sees this and many other reviews.

i Brought my car in for a quick wash today , got here about 13:30 and car was done alMost two hours later. Only reason is because my car was passed over not once , not twice , not three times but an incredible 4 times. Then when it got down to my vehicle the end product wasnt great at all. smudges all over the inside of my windows , greasy oily lesrher seats due to the residue of the products. Mats weren't places in correctly . I came home to spot clean the incompetent workers flaws. i use to go there a lot when I needed a wash but sad to say there service isn't the same and has taken a dive head first towards not so good. Border line not good at all.
