Best post office in the area. Always friendly and professional. We go to this location rather than the other nearby ones because we prefer it. Smooth sailing and none of the frustration of some of the other locations.

Best Post Office ever. I go out of my way to use this Post Office because the customer service is the best. The clerks are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

However, regarding the USPS in general, the institution has not kept up with the times. The USPS, as a national business, should be open all day Saturday -- so working people can have full access on one of their days off. And, Post Offices nation-wide should remain open for at least a couple of hours after people get off work at 5:00pm.

The staff and service at the Rockport PO is beyond compare - they are always friendly, prompt, and professional. They recognize their regular customers by sight and call them by name - and obviously have a strong sense of teamwork behind the scenes because they are always helping each other out. It's such a pleasure to pop in and use the services of this PO, and I make a point to support them as I hope they never close down. Bravo!

Service at the post office itself is great, but the delivery drivers either fail to deliver my packages at all or loose them alltogether. They even mark them delivered when they are not, frequently. Very frustrating when you're waiting on something you need asap..
