I needed a small, inexpensive part. They were very helpful to find what I needed and placed the order. When the part arrived, yheu promptly called. Upon pick up, wanted to make sure the part fit.Great customer service for a $24 transaction.

Hi folks, I can not stress enough to NOT do business with these greedy crooks! Personally, I will never set foot in this place again! I called about borrowing/RENTING a gimball alignment tool for one day. They said they could help me out. To purchase it online costs $100, but couldn't wait for it to be shipped. I gave them a $100 deposit and brought it back next day. Then they tell me they wanted $100 per day to rent it. After a 15 minute argument, they relented and charged me $25. But they have already shown their true colors. Screw the customer, end of story. I promise to tell every last person I meet and know how they do business. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Just calling this place and getting a quote makes my skin crawl. There is a sales person named Cory who has returned my call two years in a row now and he is not friendly. Absolutely seems annoyed to call and made me feel as tho I was a burden not once but twice now. Dude if you're gonna be impatient don't bother to call.

I have always had great service through Port Harbor Marine. We purchased a boat from them 5 years ago and have been totally happy with the purchase experience and the service thereafter. I felt the need to write a review after another great experience through Port Harbor. I was pulling my boat for the season when I was on the ramp and I noticed the trailer had very low tire pressure. I called Port Harbor looking for some advice and my call was dropped in the middle of a conversation with Justin due to bad reception. Before I had called back 5 minutes later he already had a technician heading to the ramp to help evaluate the problem and get my boat back to the boatyard. He fixed the problem and then followed us to the boatyard to make sure the trailer did not have an issue on the road. I was just looking for some advice and instead had a technician helping me almost before I could hang up the phone. I had such an almost unreal experience I felt the need to share it with the internet. Thanks again to Leonard, Mike, and Justin for the exceptional service.

Bought my second boat from them. You would think I'd get some good customer service after two boats. After breaking down and having to be towed in a week into owning the second pontoon I can say their customer service is horrible. Still no answers and still waiting for my second key. Had to ask for the second key with the first boat too. Electric motor prop fell off the first boat the first day. I should have known better.

I wished I read the earlier reviews, this business is horrible, the should just post a sign out front that they are not interested in providing boat repair services, after leaving my boat with them for about 2 months I have no hope that any repairs will be done. When I first bought my used Four Winns motorboat I took it to Port Harbor and was generally satisfied with the service, now they are totally useless and have just wasted my time, and I have lost opportunities to sell the boat while it’s been sitting in their yard. I’ve called many times for updates only to be frustrated with excuses, “we are waiting for parts, and now “we got the wrong parts, sorry”, after a while the excuses become inexcusable. Worse, I called the South Portland store to complain, and they don’t even care! I’m going to get my boat back, and regret having learned a bitter lesson.
