I had a long list of vets to choose from when I adopted my baby boy. I couldn't be happier so far that I've chosen PenBay Vet! They got us in quick once we arrived, they loooved my kitty boy (he loved them too!!) treated him so well, and they were also so respectful with/of him, to me, and kept me informed while validating all of my questions/concerns without any judgment. I've tried a few vets in the area- these guys truly are the best around. Thank you!!

We're so grateful that Pen Bay vet and Dr. Bouchard were able to fit in an appointment with our sick guinea pig at the last minute, and even though we aren't established patients because we don't live in the area. We got great care!

I have been a patron of PenBay Vets for many years. I have never been disappointed with their service. Even during the pandemic they managed to find me the care my pets required. The present staff are very accommodating and provide excellent care. I couldn’t be happier with them. You can rely on my sincere comments, I have seven young dogs!! That’s a fact!

My dog and I have been going to PenBay since 2019 and have always had a positive experience. My dog is nervous at the vet and can be dog reactive in general. I alerted the staff to this and they have been accommodating. During the pandemic when we couldn't go in with our pets, they made sure to walk her through the office to her exam room when there weren't other dogs around. They continue to be gentle with my dog and take time to let her sniff them in the exam room and get comfortable before touching her or starting an exam. My dog has always received good care here. During and after the pandemic Penbay's prices increased a lot, so this may not be the place for folks on a tight budget. I've been making it work and continuing to go here even though I moved 40 minutes away because I'm happy with their service.

The best vet around. I have an aggressive dog and they do everything to make him feel as comfortable as he can be . They care about the animals and you can see that. They will be my vet for any future animals.

Joe is a bit "special needs" due to past trauma. Everyone handled him carefully but confidently...thus instilling confidence in him. They took their time and didnt rush him. I considered a successful visit!
