Absolutely lovely people who care about your animal chums as much as you do. A great selection of foods, treats and toys, doggie apparel (a must for Maine!) and more. What makes Loyal Biscuit stand out for me is the service - every employee I’ve ever interacted with here has been knowledgable, kind and caring. Thank you, LB, and keep up the great work.

Great inventory, dog bathhouse, & advice. However, attendant accused my dog of being recently skunked and would not permit me to bathe him. He was not skunked recently or in the past, he had only been swimming in the ocean days prior. This incident was overlooked by me and classified as unusual and just a slow employee , as I have always received excellent service in the past at the LBC.

Awesome place. Great people and even better facilities. Really saved us in a pinch after our dog found something dead to roll in. Self service dog bathtub was great and the abundance of soaps really took care of the funk.
Really nice variety of dog food as well
