I brought my Godmother here because her mechanic in CT had told her she needed new tires and rear brakes…. Once they inspected it here, they discovered she doesn’t need new tires, there simply was a screw in one tire, and they fixed it. Also, don’t need new brakes. WE ARE SO IMPRESSED with these people’s sincerity. They treated us like they were working in their own family’s car. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

The new service manager is such a great improvement over the previous. I have always dreaded going in to get my car serviced, until now. Such an upbeat person that is definitely there to help the customer. I'm happy to go to VIP now. Thank you for the refreshing change.

I've been a customer for several years...tire purchases, rotation, front end alinement, etc. The thing I like best about this shop is that they keep a tight schedule. In my experience, they've always been ready for my car when they said they would be, and return it to me when they say they will. Very happy with VIOP T&S.

They did a yearly inspection for me and told me my brake pads were delaminating, which was not true, seems to me they were trying to rip me off , beware! The other side is brand new.

Had a 3 o'clock oil change, over an hour of sitting in the waiting room, and they still hadn't even brought my car in yet. Had to cancel the appointment because I couldn't wait any longer. Unprofessional.

On our vacation, we had a flat tire. Struggling waiting for tow truck for a long period of time, I called VIP Tires after receiving recommendation from another local tire shop as VIP stayed open later in case tow truck came late. We had to have tire fixed as we had to leave next morning to head home. Well...speaking with Karianne on the phone, she calmed my nerves and walked us through finding info about tires on our car. With her help and patience, we discovered that tires were RFT and we could drive to the shop to have tire looked at to be repaired or replaced. Once we arrived, Karianne and every other employee we encountered were extremely nice and informative. They squeezed us in at the end of their day. Tire luckily was fixable. They literally saved our day!! Karianne was honest to encourage us to get tires replaced as soon as we get home. I can't recommend VIP enough!!! Their knowledge, kindness, and thoroughness will always be remembered as part of our trip to Maine!!

Got new tires off them, going to return for an oil change and a free tire rotation!! Thank you VIP. I hate paying the extra $100 to get the tires rotated.
