All 5 of these stars are for the incredible service I received from Lyrik a couple weeks ago! I came into the shop exasperated after several phone calls and online chats with Verizon customer service, all of which were unable to resolve the issue I was having. Lyrik made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't quit until we had a solution to the problem - which took a few calls and a lot of time on her end. She really saved the day and I'm so grateful for her help. This shop is really lucky to have her!

I had been unable to get good help at several of the bigger Verizon retailers in the area. I ended up in this store by chance, and Daniel was able to walk me through the process of buying an iPhone and Apple Watch, then efficiently get them each all set up. A very good experience, altogether.
