Do not use USPS in Rockland Maine.
My parcel arrived July 2. At the post office. They did not deliver with the remark
" not able to deliver". My order would be ready for pick up at post office.
Went to post office on the 5th, was told package is out for delivery.
Sorry never got my package!!!!
I love FedEx, this never happened with them before.

Keep having more issues with them not delivering packages to the porch when they don't fit in locker. Rescheduled delivery on website and they didn't even attempt redelivery or communicate when date passed. Just says it's rescheduled for a date that came and went and they've done nothing still, days later. Filed a case today but that will take 2-3 days to hear from them, if I do. It's been almost 2 weeks for 2-3 day delivery and still waiting.

I am here very often and the staff is always extremely helpful! Even in confusing or stressful situations, they manage to keep things moving forward and try their best to help you. Also bonus points for how kind they are to the elderly… patience and sweetness is unmatched!

8/31/23 12:03pm. I’m dealing with a lost package. The USPS employee I spoke to was kind and understanding. They went and called the carrier who said they thinks they made a mistake and they will be there today to look at it. My problem was swiftly dealt with. I’m so thankful for the service I got today.

Mike is a star studded postman. He is just the best and knows my shop schedule and delivers mail accordingly. I am thankful every day for him! Lauren is the reason I like my near daily trips to the post office to ship orders. She is a ray of sunshine and is always anticipating my needs. It hurts knowing how badly this crew is understaffed. They do an amazing job given what they have! LOVE YOU ROCKLAND CREW!!!!

They threw away hundreds of dollars of my makeup just because they didn't feel like delivering it. Hella annoying. USPS has the worst customer service in the world.

I received a document from a Federal Agency today, on October 12, in Rockland, ME, that was mailed in Oklahoma City, OK, on July 21. At this time it is no longer is important, thankfully. It does not give me confidence in the USPS, especially considering the recent news of delivery taking longer in the future.
