Wonderful variety of olive oil soaps. I have to get some there for my mother to give as Christmas gifts every year. You can watch as they are making them right behind the counter. So many lovely varieties, they add and change them up occasionally. I like their lemon based soap scents and the green tea seems especially nice for a new scent. They also have many locally made things such as linens, nail brushes, soap holders and more that you can pick up to compliment your soap purchase.

The best soap I’ve ever used from some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I buy the big loaves and give it as gifts once or twice a year. My friends and family love it. And the owners are wonderful. I bring a group of kids from New York City every summer to Rockland to see my family and we always go to visit Trillium. They are super generous with the kids and give them a great tour And show them how soap is made. It’s always one of the highlights of our trip.

I blogged about Trillium years ago and thought I would share my experience here too. Espeially with holidays and gift-giving season soon upon us, these beautiful soaps can be shipped and make a beautiful gift. Here's my review from 5 Heart Rating:When visiting my cousin in Minneapolis this summer, I asked about the wonderful soap in the guest bathroom. He said a friend sent it to him from Maine. So later, at the end of the summer when the same cousin and I decided to visit Maine, we made it a point to go to Trillium Soaps in Rockland.What an experience! It was just us in the beautiful shop with the owner, for nearly 2 hours. We got to chat with the soap maker and see up close and personal, the making of these delicate creations by a master soap maker.Trillium ships their soap, beautifully packaged anywhere in the United States. Makes a great gift with free shipping on orders over $50.

Trillium produces the best soap I've ever found. I love the Cinnamon Oatmeal. Just ordered that flavor in Trillium's 64 ounce bar. Love this stuff.

These soaps are simply the best! I buy one of each every holiday season, and have been for the last 3+ years! They make great quality soaps that last weeks, if not months. My skin is always glowing after and all the packaging is paper based so it can be recycled. It's waste free and easy! Thank you for making such beautiful products. Cheers to another year!!!!

Each time we visit mid-coast Maine, this specialty Soap shop is a favorite of mine. Buy a whole loaf Or separate bars in about 18 different scents. I Love the lemon and clove - and all the other items They offer as well! Go get some soap!

Have loved their soaps for years from way back when they used to be on Main Street. They suds nicely, but not to much, and wash away clean. Scents are not over powering or fake.

We've been ordering the soaps since we visited Rockland so many years ago. Everyone who visits and uses them comments how lovely they are. We buy for ourselves and for gifts and they are always enjoyed by all.
